@@pb6839look for the easy fit pants by bull-it. They have everything from skinny jeans, to straight fit, to easy fit. In 3 different leg lengths and go into the 40s of youre a bigger waist guy.
Try the John Doe Pioneer, hated them. Felt cheap, meh wash and rather rigid protectors. Loved the Rokker Rokkertech Slim Tapered - fit very much like Levis 512, amazing feeling fabric, great fit and beautiful wash.
Forget this guy he's obviously being sponsored to sell these over priced trousers. You are being mugged off paying over £200 a pair! I paid just £55 for brand new a pair of 0ggie 76 black motorbike denim jeans made with dupont kevlar fiber & rubber knee, shin & hip protection. They have some decent added features & they are cargo rider style so with extra patch pockets. Simply buy 4 pairs & u have a lifetime supply for a teen! Actually skip that I just researched the company CEO SHERAZ HASSAN. There's been multiple claims they using workers below minimum wage so only buy if u dont care who or how your garms come to you so cheap!
I’m looking at getting a pair of those and I’m just wondering how they fit. I wear between a 36 to 38 waist line. 38 is like my true size because it gives me a nice fit but 36 sometimes can run a little tight. My hips are a size 42 and my inseam is 30. Just wondering if the roadskin run true to size
I have the Pando Moto jeans Mark Kev 02 jeans and although VERY pricy by the time I landed them in Canada, they are worth the $, very comfortable and look great on and off the bike. The front air vents though are not as useful or as good as the similar vents in my Trilobite pants.
Hi Deanna, hope all is well. I can recommend these jeans that are either alternatives pair or same model but a ladies version of the ones mentioned in the video: www.urbanrider.co.uk/fuel-sergeant-2-womens-trousers-black.html www.urbanrider.co.uk/john-doe-betty-ladies-jeans-black.html www.urbanrider.co.uk/knox-rydal-womens-jeans-black.html www.urbanrider.co.uk/pando-moto-mila-womens-cargo-trousers-sand.html Hope this helps! - Iza
My favourites aren’t featured at all. The RST tech pro x-kevlar are 5 star MOTOCAP rated part lined cordura jeans with motion panels and a bit of stretch in the fabric itself. Level 2 armour is included. I wear them daily on my off-road rides because the ergonomics are excellent. I paid £137 shipped to Mongolia which makes them cheaper and safer than any jeans featured in your video. I won’t wear single layer unlined jeans because they don’t have adequate protection. AAA level is a joke test. Bennett’s have shown that single layer AAA jeans can pass with only 2 seconds (16 meters slide) on a Cambridge machine. Whereas lined or part lined jeans can exceed 10 seconds, as the RST jeans did.
They don't sell those, so of course they're going to push the models they sell. Motocap is a great resource. I found that my AA-rated jeans are basically useless with a 1-star abrasion result, and will be upgrading to something like the Draggin NextGen/Twista which ace the abrasion tests.
@@AusBox I’ve also 2 pairs of Draggin Holeshot jeans. These are the top performing jeans on MOTOCAP. They are fully lined with a thick kevlar/UHMWPE liner. They come with level 1 armour which I replaced with Forcefield isolator level 2. They are not suitable for hot weather but great for the colder seasons.
Hi, the boots are the Rokker Urban Rebel: www.urbanrider.co.uk/rokker-urban-rebel-boots-black.html and the jacket is the John Doe MAVERICK: www.urbanrider.co.uk/john-doe-maverick-mono-denim-jacket-pitch-black.html Hope this helps - Iza
I am looking for sand-colored jeans that are not slim-fit, rather straight or comfort fit (can't put on slim due to leg muscles). Normally I wear size 34/L32. Choosing between John Doe Defender Mono and Rev'it Davis TF - can anyone advise if they would fit? Now I have Trilobite 1864 Dual pants (size 34 fits), but they are too hot for summer in my country.
Hi! The Defender and Davis are both great options, is a matter of style you want to go for, the Defender has a more 'Cargo' design to the Davis. Hope this helps! - Iza
Very useful and informative video! So thank you for that, may I ask, what are the shoes during the Knox Rydal segment? I like the look of those! I’m planning to transition from full leather one piece or sports bikes to a cafe racer vibe.
Hi Jack, sorry to hear this! If you go onto the product page and select the size you are after you will be able to sign up to a back in stock notification with an email. - Iza :)
Hi! From April 2018 all motorcycle safety equipment had to be tested and meat CE rating standard to be safe on the road. You can read more on CE rating here: www.revitsport.com/en/revit-ce-certification - Iza
Knox are my only 2 pairs and favorite at the moment. Comfy breathable and super protective. Tried pando and revit before which didn't work for my thunder thighs
