I do have the Treehouse but right now I'm not a seller I'm a builder and displayer. I do like the Treehouse and actually having a real treehouse in its image on my property would be really cool.
The thing is: if there is a new "specialist" battle pack, it will actually encourage new interest in the old 501st pack. That's because nobody would want an army of specialists, like snipers and commanders. They will need the old pack for rank and file troopers. Still, I know guys with storage lockers full of these. Thousands of sets. It is insane.
The UCS Millennium falcon hasn't done well here. When they first hit NZ shelves, folk went mental, rushing off to stores, spending a whopping $1.599 NZ. Now, they are being sold on Trademe, mint with factory sleeve, unopened for as little as $1.050, maybeless. Alot of folk are losing $$ on this set and even at that low low price, nobody wants them. I think its a real unfair move by the Lego Group to keep such a hyped up set, sitting on shelves for way too long.
I couldn’t disagree more on the 501 st pack.People will always want to army build and with a new 501st battle pack to add on and diversify your army will only have people want more and people for years and years to come will army build especially many of the youth who later on will want armies of there own and with Lego making all kinds of clone troopers from 212th to mace winduw legion I think army builder sets will Always be in demand
@@dualmoldedb3088 think about this though, with the new 501st battle pack new collectors are going to buy 10 or 20 of them but are gonna have no regular troopers. That’s where this could be a hit, but it’s so hard to tell
You're right and wrong about the 501 st bp, it will be a good investment in a few years, and those who buy the specialists, are going to need regular clones.
Would be a good point if the new specialist battle pack came out years after the normal one. People that buy the new specialist pack, probably already have a decent amount of the normal ones
@@dualmoldedb3088 Yes but we're talking about investment and not day to day sales. There always will be people late at the party. I would agree not to buy a ton of these, though.
