I would definitely be interested in a retrospective trophy art roundup of the previous years too! Really enjoyed the video, it's not something I pay much attention most of the time. I loved your reviews of the art and considering the work that goes into the good ones it's good to show the icons some love! ❤

My favourite trophy art of a game I played this year would be DJ Max Respect (nowhere near finishing that one). The art is in the same stylish artstyle the game has and the trophy names give a positive, motivational vibe, like "Half Empty? Half Full!" or "Diligence will pay off one day". And a few of the DLC packs even come with parts of an artwork as trophy art, so that you have a complete picture when you complete one of the packs.

Another fantastic idea for a video! I’ll admit I don’t pay nearly enough attention to trophy art, as many of the games I play (newer, modern AAA types) don’t have very interesting trophy tiles at all. Most of the ones I’ve seen that capture my attention are on older PS3 games, retros and indies etc. I definitely appreciate when the devs do go that extra mile and put some pride into their tiles! Really love your channel btw, love your series and the unique ideas you have for videos. Keep up the excellent work man.

Great video loved the intro music. Some of these disappointing ones are really bad. It's a real shame a lot of remasters have bad lists and I hadn't noticed that trend before. Great list though bro I really like your suggestions the bread one made me laugh. The Sam Sho plat is actually amazing. Carrion is so good I love the trophies in it I think its my favourite as well. Can't wait until next years list

My favorite trophy list art is that of a game called Resonance of Fate (ps3) While most of the trophies have the same image, which at least is bronze, silver or gold for its corresponding trophy, the story related ones are part of a bigger image you can see in its entirety after you finish the game. Haven’t seen anything like this in any game =) You should check it out

Love this topic. I was quite shocked and disappointed by the bad examples. As bad as it sounds, I would not play these games, because of the bad trophy icons. I agree, simple is good. But just a trophy for the Platinum icon is a bit uninspired, because I can’t differentiate the games. (The exception to the rule is SUPERHOT’s Platinum icon. I just love red.) I like the Fallout designs. I know the character and it at least indicates clearly the series. (I am not a big Fallout fan.) The twisted metal 2 one is a little bit too crazy for my taste, but I see, why you chose it. My favourites of your Platinum icons: Doom 3 + Vampire: The Masquarade - Bloodhunt. The only Platinum icon we share is Carrion. The game is fantastic and the Plat icon unique, but it is a little bit much for my taste. There is definitely better trophy icons. My least favourite Platinum trophy icon of all time is from Life Is Strange: True Colours. I avoided that game for years. This year I played it, and the game was good, the Plat icon is ugly af. My favourite Platinum icon this year is from Wolfstein 2. I like the simple but clear design. I work on another fantastic icon, but I am not there yet. Maybe I will get it just in time at the end of 2023, or it will be one of my first in 2024. I am not in a hurry. Fun fact, I would have never started it, but the Platinum trophy icon is just cool (in my opinion, I had to start it.) So not really a Platinum image but I have to highlight the list from Atlas Fallen, the actual trophy images are pretty good however the image they used for the main trophy list is so ugly - like that's not going on my list levels of ugly
