Grass Poison for Armadillo makes sense since Armadillos are known to be carriers of Leprosy, but Grass Rock or Grass Steel makes just as much sense cause of that shell. I'm on the fence about Grass Fighting for a Koala since we had a Grass Fighting Last Gen with Chestnaught, and fans might think Gamefreak is repeating the Blaziken Infernape, Emboar repetition of the Fire Fighting with another Starter of the Same Secondary Type as Last Time. Grass Fairy would be a good typing which could emphasize the fact that koalas are adorable, and I know a lot of fans want fairy as a secondary typing for one of the starters.
Honestly you have the best quality videos of pokemon content I have seen. The editing is gorgeous and comedic at times, which always keeps me interested. Your videos are so pleasing to look at/watch which I can appreciate on so many levels. With that said its still hard for me to articulate what I want to express to you. Just whatever magical potion youre using to make such appealing videos, keep using it!

I was hazy about the ware wolf at first, but thinking about it would fit in well with the Sun and moon games, cause sun. Hey, it could also be a night time pokemon, and be exclusive to the Moon version! :D

Hey! Have been really enjoying these videos with interesting trivia and funny editing. There's one thing that I've seen on multiple of your videos; the sound between high/low parts of the background music. It pops when you start talking. If you put a transition between the two sound-files it should become a lot better. Anyways, keep up the good work and get to that 100K real soon :D
every single pokemon game I've played I've started with the grass type (except x and y, froakie is too badass) should i change or continue my grass type streak?
+Luke ODonnell Honestly, I would just pick whatever design you like best. Change if you see a really cool design like what you did with Froakie, or if there's nothing good just pick your grass starter.
My choices for starters Fire: A dragon-like snake (found anywhere moist) Water: A platypus (native to Australia) Grass: A sabertooth tiger (just thought it fitted more than my previous idea, which was a ancient scorpion-spider hybrid)
i was thinking instead of the werewolf one being grass/dark wouldn't make more sense for it to be ice/dark with how were wolfs are suppose to be weak to silver which is a type of metal? I also agree that it would fit Pokemon moon better.
I love the idea that you get a starter thats a dual type like grass/dragon. It really makes the start of the game more exciting instead of you only running into dragon-types in the lategame. Maybe it would be cool to have a starter that evolves early into a Water/ice type? Other dual types would be cool aswell.
You mentioned some very nice theories / ideas... But there is one thing I have to criticise. it is not the topic or the way you speak but these many animations make me so nervous! ;D Maybe I'm the only one who feels that way but a little criticism isn't that bad. Don't get me wrong. Keep on doing these videos. despite my personal opinion about the number of animations i really like your videos! =)
After all the April fools crap yesterday I actually thought the rest of the video was gonna be a Rick roll... Thank god it's not, I almost banged my head against the screen
2 Ideas I would love to see them explore.1. Peacock Pokemon. Lots of possibilities here, but Flying is a gimme for the second typing. Doing a quick search at what others have created have brought up the idea of it going Grass/Steal as well. I could also see it gaining Psychic instead because it's tail feathers could be used to hypnotize your opponents or some other effect.2. Throw us a complete curve ball and do away with the original 3 types and bring in a new color wheel. This is a controversial idea, I know, but could make for something really interesting. Maybe go Ground -> Steel -> Ice for the starters? These 3 in particular would be difficult for the next region, but maybe for a future one? Flying -> Grass -> Rock could be an option for the next region. Or they could just go with 3 types that have no advantage over any other. Fairy/Bug/Electric could fit that bill for something *really* different.
