I don't agree much with Ukraine's answer. A good leader has to be a good servant. This is biblical, indeed! He has to be God-fearing to avoid commision of graft & corruption!!! All his organs are efficiently used like eyes to see the diff bet. right & wrong, mouth to speak to those who cannot be heard, working hands to do for wellness of man.
