I'm British, and my wife is Cuban, I live in Cuba with my wife, we have a house there, and I have residency there.I used an immigration lawyer to do my wife's visitor's visa, we did everything correct. The lawyer even told us that the home office had no reason to refuse the application, I showed income, saving reasons she would return everything, even a second UK sponcer, we had accommodation in the UK even a UK income from rental income from a house I own in the UK, even the lawer wrote an accompanying letter emphasising on all the appendixes why the application should not be refused and they still refuse. It's doesn't matter what you do, what you say, if they want to refuse you they will.

There is way to bring your wife in uk . Bring your wife to Ireland and she need to apply for residence and than with this residence she can come to uk . Immigration advisors will hate me now . 😂

Having property in the UK will reflect as a negative on your file. They don’t want to see reasons for you to stay and that’s one. They only want to see all the supporting documentation to confirm you’ll leave. They need to be convinced that your wife will leave at the end of her stay.

Hi There! Thanks for all your advice! My daughter is living in the UK she has a British passport. I’m married to my husband for 35 years he has a Brithish passport so do our other two children. My husband has his own business in SA, I formulate a skincare range from home which I sell keeps me busy and I enjoy it. My mother lives down the road from me and my sister too. We are a close family. I would like to spend some time with my daughter and do some sight seeing travelling around the Hampshire area. Help her decorate her home and just enjoy some time there with her.

I mentioned my visa refusal on my second visa application form. I gave the reasons. I even uploaded the refusal letter. But I was refused a visa. They blatantly lied that I didn't mentioned it. Whereas I did. I still have the application form with proofs.

thank you for the great video. I have one unanswered question. I already got my UK visa for 6 months with multiple entries but unfortunately I didn't have much time to spend in the UK as much as I wanted to (only 4 days). and I also had a sponsor which helped me get my visa the previous time but not now. is it going to be a problem for the second time I apply that I stayed too short in the period of time I had the visa?

I applied for visitior visa year ago to attend my graduation, with a sponsor who has sufficient funds and responsible for all my expenses for my entire stay in UK (1week) got refused saying that I the applicant did not have enough funds After that 3weeks ago (after 11 months) again I applied for visitor visa to attend to my job related exhibition with a strong finacial status of my own to visit UK for 4 days.. Still was refused that too without mentioning the reason for the refusal. Is it possibke to return the passport without giving reasons. I feel its not fair just to depend on visa officers mood to get visas approved, because I have come across people who are not so eligible getting the visa approved whereas on the ither hand genuinely eligible ones are been refused mostly.. this is totally unfair..

Hi Sir, I am an Indian living in Ireland. I have a valid Irish Residence Permit and I am a full time employee here in Dublin. I am showing my own funds as financial evidence. Can I also add my father’s bank statements along with a letter from him saying that he “may support me in terms of emergencies”? Please note he is an Indian national living in India and his bank statements are in INR. Is this a redundant or risky thing to do? Should I just stop the application with my own bank statements? Hi can I ask.I have been refused in British Embassy Manila for the reason that they said I haven't submitted any documents regarding my sponsor's financial circumstances.They said that I have not demonstrated that my sponsor has any funds available to cover my entire holiday in UK.My sponsor is my fiance,and we have a baby.We were applying for Visitor Visa for 2 months but they refuse us.But it confused me to why they tell me the reason of refusal coz I have submitted a lot of bank statements from my sponsor,different bank statements from Lloyd Banks,Santander Bank,and The co-operative bank..I do t understand why they seem like the problem is my fiance's funds which he showed a lot.

Hi am from south africa..i had previously applied for a visitor visa and i was granted but in the aplication i stated that ill be uk for 1 month but ended up staying in uk for 3 months and went back to south africa, reason being i applied to join british army as i waited for their reply the mistake i made is i ddnt mention that in my application right now i have a letter from british army that they need me to attend an assessment in uk so i have to apply for a new visitor visa..will the case worker consider that i breached wat i had stated in my previous application and deny me a visa?

Hi , I need guidance , I am gonna sponsor my mum to visit me in uk .. in 2016 she got her first passport and it had different errors .. passport authority didn’t mention that she is govt employee.. after realising she renewed her passport.. then after that she got her first English national identification card (before it was in Urdu language) .. and spelling of name on NIC and passport were not matching .. she again asked for modification and they corrected one error and left one error .. now she has three passports ( she asked them to cancel these ) with error and now got corrected passport with no error .. so my question is do we need to attach copies all passports front pages and explain them why she had 4 passports in period of 6 years ?

Hi..I have applied for my visitor UK visa from my country of residence Oman. if I have mentioned my expenditure in UK is 8410 GBP and I have provided proof of fund of country of residence oman's account statement 1084 pounds and country of origin India's account statement 7882 pounds. Total of both country of residents & origin is 8710 GBP , so both combine covers my total expenditure. Do Immigration team specifically ask for my expenditure coverage fund from country of residence ?? As I have shown less funds in country of residence but more in country of Origin

Hi Sir, I just came across your video today on RU-vid and I must say that I’m impressed with everything. Please I have a question. My Mum and children visa was refused because they were unable to reach their invitation sponsor at the point of contact which did not convince them that they have a good family tie with him.
