Under construction is a risky thing, specially in Noida, greater Noida. Even projects which are ready to move and have families living have issues like NPCL not installing electricity meters, builder charging hefty per unit electricity charges, authority not registering the flats,
"You cannot trust the past record." Will you trust a builder with no past record ? Who will you trust ? With or without a past record ? Is financials a factor ? How will you get the financials of builders? It's all emotion and leap of faith in real estate.

Apex alphabet is a gamble, very slow construction, have booked two units,now it seems made a big mistake. I have seen 3 other projects since the time I booked here last year in June, they all are ready for possession but alphabet construction is not even 10% compared to them. Builder always have some excuse.This project might not get completed in next 3 yrs

I have very bad experience with the documents of one of the properties you are mentioning in this video. I have been watching your video since long time and I expect that the properties you show are legal and free from any disputes.

Ace divino is not a great project, room sizes are small, location is pathetic. They have copied the ABA Corp resort style concept of cleo county. Most of the ACe projects now run on that theme only. No innovation of their own.
Hey Kunal, It's not about me, whether iam being ignored or not, it's about you doing the house hunting but it should be in a proper way so let me tell you how it's done. 1st rule of House hunting is budget and planning, which is clearly missing in your case. If you think it's below 1 cr then you should have skipped this video as the title suggest under 1 cr or you should have still watched this video to remove the project from your list as they would not meet your criteria. Secondly RU-vid only helps you in finding the project, how to reach and what's nearby. Finally a manual intervention is always required to find a perfect home solution as there are various options available in the same ticket price but obviously not every option is going to meet your requirement and needs. Please take this feedback seriously because it takes a lot of time, efforts and research to make these videos and obviously these are helping others.
