Today I give you my top 5 teams to use for a Road To Glory Career Mode, whether you want to start in the Championship, League One or League Two, I've got a team for you! With each team I give you a brief overview of the club, and a fun strategy guide for you to follow if you would like, giving you tips from transfers to youth scouting. 🙌🏻

I like using Portsmouth as a RTG team, because of Fratton Park being a feature. Really wish FC would add more RTG genuine stadiums to the game

So often I get asked for team suggestions for a FIFA (EA FC now!) Career Mode so I thought this would be a fun video to make. Here are my personal top 5 favourite teas to use for a RTG Career Mode in the English football league if you're looking for a long road to glory save. If you've got any other teams you'd recommend, leave me a comment and tell me why you'd pick them! Might do some more of these during the next few weeks looking at unique projects and different leagues.👍🏻

Plymouth argyle is an underrated shout of being an incredible RTG. From some terrible financial trouble only 10 years ago to now competing in the championship. They’ve also never played top flight football ever so being the first person in charge to achieve that would put you straight up there as a club legend. Keep up the fantastic content Docks ❤

For Wimbledon it just makes me smile seeing the football manager sponsorship in EA FC. It’s like EA advertising their better but smaller competition

Sports Interactive have been Wimbledon's sponsor since about 2005 as well. Easily one of the best kit sponsors in the whole of the EFL

Wigan are a great RTG team this season! Relegation back into league 1 for this season, they have new owners who want stability within the club without overspending on wages, so freebies and loans only for signings as they are still under a tranfser embargo IRL for this season. A young side with a few older players mixed in, there are quite a few youth academy players currently breaking into the first 11 with great potential for the future! Owner is also a local billionaire so potential to be creative in the future and spend big once in the Premier league to try and compete with giants Liverpool, Man City and United.

Great Vid. Derby and Sunderland are always good RTG shouts too in England. And poor Arminia Bielefeld (another great Docks save) have done the Sunderland and had back to back relegations to the German third tier. Also a great team to use this year.

Leicester back to premier league winners, notts county just came up from national league get them all the way! Keep Sunderland going on their promotion back to premier league, derby are in the hole in league 1 a good start. Sutton united currently sit bottom of league 2 get them up to premier league. Just more suggestions great video and love your stuff !!

Pompey is usually my go to, but the chant tends to get a bit annoying as it’s continuous and the fact that Fratton Park has been refurbished but not updated on EAFC feels a bit lazy(no surprise there)

If Türkgücü Munich are still in the game (not sure if they are), an rtg with a turkish influence would be good. A big country with a passion for the game, but no resources really. Could work as a C and C. Anything but another English team.

Portsmouth, Sunderland, Elche, Huesca, Eibar, Hamburg, Schalke, Udinese + All real stadiums. Great for road to glory. Udinese has a lot of face scans as well.

Have you tried like a realistic Manager career, where you coach a new club like every new season. Personally I can enjoy that a lot. And when you are further into a career there many challenges like f.e. signing for a new club and cleaning the mess the ai did on the transfer market. Might be an idea for a future series. Anyway thanks for your content. 🤌
