@@rainbowplayz4273 output delay is completely useless on a sniper because of notik not having delay and being the best 3cat special, the damage is incredibly mid being below the "1shot 280" threshold. The abilities are lackluster. Harsh punisher on the other hand is perfect for catspam, has incredible damage, and can 1shot any form of 280 with x mods.
