Top 5 Soul Food Places To Eat In Phoenix Arizona‼️🔥  

Shalom everyone. I am a Phoenix native and I used to eat at Mrs Whites all year long for years. The food was really good when Mrs White and Larry Sr. used to cook back in the day. Things have definitely changed. The original LoLos on Central and Yuma was good when Larry first opened up years ago but has since went downhill as far as freshness and taste. I say it’s the cooks that are to blame because they don’t have the same passion and seem to rush the food for time sake. Not sure why Papadeaux is considered a Soul Food. I haven’t tried Taste My City or Detroit Soul Food Sistas on the Go so I will come back when I do. I do appreciate the video😊

I live in metro Phoenix, but i was born and raised in Georgia. I do not consider Pappadeaux to be a soul food restaurant. It’s more of a Cajun seafood restaurant to me.

Nah with Pappadeux in Phoenix, I’m live here and been to the Dallas location and it beats the the Phoenix location. I purposely don’t eat seafood in AZ, we r a landlocked state!! Only eat seafood in cities close to the ocean. Been going to LoLo’s since their original location out of an old house. Glad to see LoLo grow his brand across other states. Really good hard working man!! Get the Soul Food platter at LOLO’s, it’s guaranteed to give u the ITIS!!

It’s on now. Idk Pappadeux was out there! Moving from Atlanta to Phoenix and this just sealed the deal. 😅😂🤣. I wouldn’t have known. I thought it only went as far as Texas….

I live in Vegas now but lived in PHX for a number of years, and am moving back in about 4 or 5 yrs. We stay over by Metrocenter where I used to live everytime we come back and hit Pappadeux's up for sure. Lo Lo's is tight too. Lo Lo's in Vegas closed, it wasn't as good as the ones out there. Our other spot is Houstons in Scottsdale. I LOVE PHX! I saw your Puerto Penasco videos, and I love what you guys are doing. We need some videos about that beautiful region of our planet that pertain to Black folks. Please keep doin what ya'll are doing! GOD BLESS!

LoLo’s is too salty.. I couldn’t even eat it and it was dry! Too many places.. the quality is gone..not the same..
