Oh my god, horrible place, though the coastal approach is a nice drive. But the rocks are an embarrassment. Have you never see the Lost Arrow in Yosemite, or Squamish, or the Bugaboos. Even the coast of the Bruce Peninsula is more remarkable. The tides are cool, but the whole area is just so muddy and, you can see the mud from space.
They say its a Bilingual province.. But go try get a job. If you are English but cant speak french you wont get job..but if your French and cant Speak English you get job..
Dean Obrien Very true! I know a friend that applied to work at a hospital, in northern NB, she sent in two resumés to the same hospital, one with her maiden name which was French, and one with her married name which was English. Guess which resumé got a hit? Yep, the French one, here’s the kicker, the interviewer for the job could only speak French. 😐
Not unless one is counting to 6 or higher, though if one wanted to drop Hopeless Rocks... I do get a kick out of places like KL, since when I am living at my camp in NB, and am normally practicing all that stuff for real, and then someone drags me there to see part timers pretend to do it.
Lots of snowmobile and ATV trails , there are hockey league of différents caliber in almost every City, there are carnavals, cross country ski trails every where, and also,,,,,, lot of shoveling 🤣. It's à beautiful province and poeples are great 😁

Arienne Parzei now onto a more personal question: is it a good idea to go there to live as a handicapped person? How’s the life there for a handicapped person such as myself?? I live in a wheelchair....
I wish I had a more comprehensive answer to better guide you, but unfortunately I can’t say what it would be like. What I can say is that Canada as a whole is doing a lot of great work to make sure all aspects of life are more accessible for all abilities. There’s definitely lots more work to be done, but we’re moving in the right direction.
there is St. Andrews , Kings Landing. . many more thing to do in Fredericton. hiking, biking, and walking on the longest canada trail. there so much more to this beautiful provinces
I grew up near Bathurst. I moved to Ontario 21 years ago, and still, come back every year. I never thought I'd miss NB till left. Its got to be the fresh salt air and the awesome people.
@@jamcamhan I agree with what your saying. What I found from goin out west and coming back was the way of life is much more laid back here. Just the way I like it. Life is more than eating, sleeping and work.
I’ve lived here for over a year now and I can confirm that this place is way better than everybody seems to think it is and it’s nature is the greatest I’ve ever experienced.
Thanks for the video I would like to immigrate to Canada particularly to this province .I am looking for a job offer to apply for the immigration process
As a person who lived in New Brunswick until 2001 before my dad got sick I can tell you right now you don't have to do any of these things living in New Brunswick was the best time of my life and I want to move home one day cuz it's better than the GTA will ever be
I must agree. We jusst bought a house in Arthurette on the Tobique river and loving it we came from Toronto to Deseronto in 2008 and now to New Brunswick for good I hope.
@@jrabbit612 I actually grew up around that area and went to school at Southern Victoria high school. It's not a bad area to live. The winters are a little cold, but it's still a pretty good place to live.
I love nb also being born and raised there once I got to a adult then I realized oh I need to make money to live here and that's where nb goes downhill so now I'm in Ontario where I can afford to eat :)
I've lived in New Brunswick my whole life and it's really fun here! If you come here in summer you should go to the Bucket Club waterpark in Fredericton! It's truly amazing here!
So true, it seems the beautiful northern New Brunswick is often forgotten in these type of ads/videos. I am not even from New Brunswick, but I thought the northern part of the province had spectacular scenery and an amazing culture to learn about and experience. I found the south to be nice as well, but a little more plain/generic.
I am not criticizing this video (except the reversing falls ARE flowing backwards, not just looking like it, and the effect is replicated in other rivers nearly 100 miles upstream...). These may, however, be the five things to see. You probably know best. 1# one Hopewell Rocks, is possibly the lamest tourist activity that I have engaged in, since I visited the source of the Rhine river in the Alps, that turned out to be a tunnel in the ice with a guy in a polar bear costume... I feel terrible seeing tourists arriving from Japan, etc... to have this crap presented as something special. Have you seen the sea stacks in Japan, or Oregon, or the UK, etc... As a climber, I am a little biased because the rocks are so crap, just piles of muddy aggregate. We love granite, and similar beautiful rocks, and I imagine others agree, as one rarely sees a pile of mud used as a headstone in a cemetery. And the waters are muddy soup. I think people like these rocks because they are lame, which is to say on a scale that can be enjoyed by just about anyone. And it is the ocean, which can only be so bad. But virtually every other province has flowerpots (Niagara escarpment in beautiful limestone), or waters that are more beautiful. It is just one of the ugliest cons on offer. And there are equally beautiful areas on the NB coast that do not require a steep fee, or a ridiculously curated approach. You just go and have a look. It should be a UNESCO world heritage site of "we are all here and might as well pretend to be having a good time... And hey, we are. Though when I look at the pictures, it really was shite..." NB is a great province, not a drive through province at all. But a lot of people drive through because half of the population is in Ontario and Quebec, and Moncton and Halifax are of some modest economic importance.
We traveled from Southern Ontario to the east coast in a coverted camper SUV Planned nothing...Ended up in many of these places and some parts never covered by tourist..Big axe and Big axe brewing company Gave us a warm welcome We also stayed in many campgrounds with locals and travelers Even found people from our hometown And ate Acadian foods (poutine râpée And wood fired breads) And took in the culture Had a great time well worth the drive
@@seeusoontravel It's why i dont take a train or fly.. You can only view the beauty from a window And not stop and take part In Saint John shore line we met a 76 year old that loved gardening taking seaweed and moss from the ground to feed his garden in a mulch He was strong as a ox..As we learn you have to be to walk up those streets to get a coffee..LOL : ) Hope to go back Soon as we get by this time of issues
My dad grew up in Jamaica, but in the summers he and his siblings were sent by their mother (local First Nations woman) to live in New Brunswick, catching clams and riding bikes around town
I know im randomly asking but does any of you know a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow forgot my account password. I love any tricks you can offer me
Hello we live in Belgium in Europe but we want to come and live in Canada. Last summer we have visited Toronto Montreal and Ottawa the 3 too noisy for us is NB quieter
Hello everyone, my first name is Rosevel, 22 years old, holder of a G.C.E A level, a young African living in Cameroon looking for a job in Canada, I know it may seem ridiculous to look for help on youtube, but I don't know how to get a full-time job to be able to help my family and me here in Cameroon
IF you go there, be warned of Granny!!! Even if you are so full ur about to explode, she will fill ur plate again...they know how to make a Negan sized spread in the Maritimes. There...you have been forewarned, this is not a joke!!!
I’ve been to the Acadian village! I’ve taken a 6 hour road trip! I’ve hiked and walked the 84 suspension bridge! I’ve been to the waterfall and I’ve been to every city and province in New Brunswick! AND I LOVED HOPWELL ROCKS!
Get Mayor Cahill out of office so he doesnt encourage tje abusive cycle of obstruction of justice, dishonorable police compromise to continue. So I hear former Gov may throw his hat to run for office as I was reminded yesterday we need more diversity in these positions of authority. Uts sickening what occurred in NJ. Sickening.
Lameque has a 4 days and evening Baroque Music Festival at the end of July . In Caraquet , there is always something going on from mid-may to mid -october such as Tintamarre ( making noise day ) , emotional traditional benediction of the fishermen boats, lobster festival , open air novena masses under trees with music ( + miracle water source to drink of ),theatre festival , art galleries week .......
1:14 - "The whole family will enjoy" Yes if they get off by doing a bunch of pointless boring old timey chores that are totally unnecessary and grueling, then ye, they will all have a great fun time.

Thank you Paula! It took quite some time to get the proper permits and insurance but it was well worth it. I didn't realize New Brunswick was the only official bilingual province either!!
