Except it's randomly stitched together, and cubs at home environment leave questions. 'Amateur' videos from the wild parks/safaris seem to be a lot more documentary than sensationalized videos by BBC.
@@hotbit7327 BBC isn't being commissioned to make material for an animal behavior class. It is supposed to present a dramatized telling of reality, a story, for us humans to relate to. Though certain clips are more guilty than others of what you say, without the BBC most of the world would never seen pictures much less the personalities of these creatures.
They can also live up to 12-15 years if conditions are favourable for them. Macchli the tigress lived for 19 years despite losing two of her canine teeth while killing a crocodile. However in captivity they are also known to exceed 20 years. One of the advantages of having a tiger in captivity.
You can call it magnificent until you see one in person, 500 meters away from you, staring dead into your eyes, getting ready to pounce, growling and it leaps. The moment it leaps, you can’t outrun it. It will catch you, crush your body with its gigantic paws and finally remove your skin and flesh from the bones, licking it clean.

2:31 this looks so fake .. the sounds , the broken clips of the grass & the pork havin his eyes closed before tiger snatch his neck . i fear that the pork is shot or something before the scene . so sad
Birds were constantly warning about the tiger. Once tiger killed the animal, birds stopped chirping because they now know other animals aren't in danger now.
its really not. a tiger is super unlikely to attack humans, and is one of the very few species who actually have done that before. in most areas of the world, humans (even without all our technology, houses and weapons) are too large and scary to be a good source of food. and also, predators dont eat predators unless its do or die, because the higher up in the food chain, the more poison is inside their body.
So this first clip you see the tiger grab the boar, but the boar is already laying on the floor looking dead when the camera actually captures the tiger making it contact?
Tiger ability of stealth and catching animals with minimum efforts is incredible. Just majestic animal, walking in the wind with almost no whisper and cracking sound of surrounding is amazing itself. Hopefully in future they will get sustainable space and conservation what they deserve, if man will work out somehow with nature. There was other bbc doc. in which tiger captures prey along with thunderstorms sound, must seen footage.
Knowing how big that tiger is, that boar 🐗 is definitely pushing the 220 pound range. Love to see that shit , might start hunting with tigers instead now 😂😂🤣🤘🏽🤘🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
The tigers are difficult to be tracked and monitored. These collars help us learn more about the behaviors and situations of endangered and shy animals.
cautiously, but ever so calculating, this magnificently graceful apex predator stalks it's prey. ever mindful of her surroundings, once the opportunity to strike presents itself, she leaps into action, and with but the faintest of stealthily placed strikes to the throat, dispatches of the humble bush pig. in doing so she has secured her pound of flesh for her and her brood. thus & forever more, the circle of life goes on.
It takes second to jump and grab the neck and minute to suffocate . In a dense forest , what you expect . Its think they should replace kill with fight . Because there was no fight just a Tiger Kill boar .
The boar hunting was obviously fake, You can very clearly see the tiger pouncing on the dead boar that was left dead on the ground, there was no hunting
It's a good way to track them. They can do health check ups and make sure that they haven't gotten poached or anything like that too. And it's obviously useful for filming. And it needs to be snug or else it will get caught on stuff and actually be a problem
