A Bit old fashioned ,it sounds like you are talking about podcasting or community radio,Word economy,....the biggest thing needed when writing scripts is preparation, research and editing. Hills and Valleys adding colour to speech. and you forgot the smile in the voice, it feels strange but it really works.,BTW all that fading up and down of music is really annoying research says listeners, hate it better to talk at a nlormal pace withe music bed /ramp just below the voice at a constant level. The ideas are all great its just the way you presented it .BTW The most important word in radio is YOU ie " have you been late picking up the kids from school, have you been told off by your kids teacher well... thats what happened to me yesterday ....."
Broadcast live talk shows for as long as you want with Radio.co - even mix in music. Take a tour of the platform to see how it can work for you: radio.co/blog/broadcasting-online-radio
I don't think RU-vid is the right place for this. Try radio directories like Streema, Dirble, and many more: help.radio.co/en/articles/899794-internet-radio-directories
