+Aya Brea S4 is still a beast of a phone. Install CM12.1 and it's just as fast as the current flagships. My sister has the S4 (4G) with CM12.1

How did video game device not make the list? That's the best use for an old phone IMO. Not only are there thousands of games in the play store, but Android is good with emulation as well.

I use my old Nexus 6 and my in home interface for my smart home. I could leave it docked by the kitchen lights or unmount it and control all lights or IOT devices as long as I'm in my WiFi range.

Can your iPhone change channels on any TV. Or stream Kodi TV, or connect a hdmi cable or plug in a hard drive, screen mirror, open 5windows or multitask, or expandable memory, or have a headphone jack, or fly to the f@#$ing moon, I hate iPhone. They take everything U like away. No innovation. Makes U feel like your in jail.
