ಅವರು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಯೋಗ ಮಾಡ್ತೀನಿ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಹೇಳ್ತೀನಿ. ಒಂದು ದಿನ ತಪ್ಪಿ ಹೋದ್ರೆ ಏನೂ ತೊಂದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ರೆ ಡೈಲಿ ಮಾಡೋದ್ರಿಂದ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತೆ, ಸಮಾಧಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತೆ.
