Ousama Ranking will always be in a special place on my heart.

I was really hoping the Black Summoned opening would make it onto this list, perhaps it’s because it was just another isekai anime, but the song and the way the opening was animated was seriously one of my favorites

so much good openings this year, it was tough to make choices (even though we had 15), I am glad the year is well-represented with this great list

Really happy Ousama Ranking got in the top 3, i was worried because of it's peculiar animation style no one would watch it or like the opening but i was wrong. Probably also on my favorites anime this season.

Both Ao Ashi openings in the same place is a nice coincidence. Expected Yoasobi and both ReoNas higher, but that's what unpopular shows do to popular artists I guess. Given how I've seen no one like or even watch Bastard, its Op only making it to the top 20 (only thanks to a tie) shouldn't have disappointed me, yet here I am. Ousama Ranking getting 2nd in the end is satisfying enough.

Spriggan, Tokyo 24-ku, Tribe Nine and Black Summoner very good, but underrated openings. I'm upset that people didn't vote for them :(

The top 4 we’re the same as yours Kim’s except for 1 and 2 getting swapped. Just shows you how solid the best songs are this year when everyone agrees on them

very understandable results, nothing too crazy. I mean, I think Bleach is too high but the visuals are unimpeachable, I just find the song absolutely boring and not particularly hype. Glad Bocchi made it as high as it did, and that Akiba Maid War scraped its way onto the list. Gundam and Golden Kamuy are too low, but honestly that Golden Kamuy is as high as it is given it's not super-popular is something. didn't think they'd ever top Winding Road, but they did. most notable total snubs: The Executioner and Her Way of Life (where the Mili fans at???), Engage Kiss, I'm Quitting Heroing (this one's particularly egregious, it's better than 80% of the list at least), and Sabikui Bisco. it's always interesting to me how these lists are an interaction between popularity and OP quality. like if it was purely a popularity contest, Ranking of Kings wouldn't be that high, and AoT would beat out Chainsaw Man. And My Hero would be higher. fortunately, quality does have some impact.
