I play on PS4.. in all my time in Battlefield 1, I have NEVER come across teams that oblivious! It baffles me how they just get slaughtered by a single player and not know where from! It's not even like they're hiding..

This is pretty easy : If you see the player taking a walk against bots that don't shot back he is on a console. If you see him walking through hell like bad ass shoting so fast you can't even tell what's going on he is on pc.
Dude, what the fuck! Why the hell can't I have people just line up for me to shoot? The best thing that ever happened to me was destroying 5 vehicles in 4 shots with a field gun. Nailed a plane, bomber and a motorcycle, then a 2 for one tank/transport car in the span of like 30 seconds.
