World leading company. Wish WE would have such strong and Brave workers. Our Guys want to Work only four days a week, and only eight hours a day. And everybody wants to Drive a Mercedes and make Holiday ON a Cruise-Ship😮
I bow respectfully in front of all people who work under difficult conditions.these people have to take care of their families.there is a reason for this poverty! alas, the soldiers and politicians who rule Pakistan!Pakistanis are not governed by popularly elected politicians. because when you oppose the interests of the United States, Pakistani soldiers and members of the judiciary interfere with politicians, dismiss the prime minister (like Imran Khan) for fictitious reasons and put him in prison. The military, most of the members of the judiciary and politicians who run Pakistan have become the dogs on the leash of the United States. Please do not criticize and belittle these employees.may almighty Allah be with them always. Cive cive Pakistan. With love from Türkiye....
dont know about your schooling but here in the UK we learned about the industrial revolution and how steel and cast iron was first introduced or developed , now thanks to the internet and channels like this we can see it in action , id call that incredible
What is called a poor country. Even folks with a good job. Let's say like here in the US for example. A machinist. Usually gets around $25-$30 an hour. There in Pakistan they're making like $2.50 an hour. But Pakistan is slowly growing their economy. What happens when bad politicians take power.
@@BennXdesign nothing to do with religion. Politicians and big companies dictate how the country is run. Bad politician can turn a country that's doing well into a poor country. South America, Middle East. Parts of Asia which includes Pakistan. A lot of those countries had thriving economys at some point in their history. Either do to wars, civil wars, changing of politics. Can change that in a short few years. US is a prime example the past 35 years. Each president has done good one year and pooped on the workers the next year. Just how things are. Why I don't support a single one political side. Research and vote accordingly.
@@CertifiedForkLiftOperator69420 I mostly agree with you, but you cannot say that religion has NOTHING to do with this misery. religion is a drag to everything, every improvement, it is pretty much by design. look at the least happy countries in the world and the most religious one.... those lists are basically the same! (ok it is just a correlation, but still...). religion at political level is a plague. (I would even argue that religion on its own is a plague but that's only me)
I don't understand how the shaper operator gets the groove spacings so accurate by hand. There is no indexer. BTW how'd you like to do thise j-o-b s day in and day out every day of the week for peanuts!
How about that older guy working the lathe with his baseball cap on backwards. I was thinking he is about 55 yrs old, but working here he could be 25 yrs old and look like that.
Casting molten metal, using metal cutting machinery, tossing heavy components around all with absolutely no health and safety protection, those workers lives are given zero regard. It is how factory conditions were in the UK two hundred years ago. But have to admire the skill.
AOA, Short clips in start+ Telling viewers what this video is about + voice over + Background music will make these videos better. just checking if you are reading this comment or not 🙂
security: "what for ?" food grade materials : "food what ?" toxic fumes and masks : "never heard about." fail safe and foolproof machinery : "talk to the hand (if it is still attached to my arm)." Life expectancy : 45 years. This is a human and ecological disaster.
These guys aren't slaves. India and Pakistan are poor countries... relatively speaking. But, they are more an ally to the West than China. So what you are seeing here in these videos is their manufacturing sector stepping up to the International Trade plate and they are manufacturing products that there is a demand for. The machinist here aren't slaves. They are all probably earning more than the average worker. Heck, these guys are very skilled craftsman. And FWIW, these products are getting much better and higher quality than just a decade ago. Did you notice how they checked the ADIL yellow crop sprayer and they tested the hydraulic pump's pressure There's obviously demand for the product in parts of the world. And FWIW, the Chinese have ZERO QUALITY CONTROL. They inspect nothing. If it doesn't work...They give you another one. Meanwhile, your day is ruined. And that grinder is a high quality machine that is serviceable and will last decades. A little on the dangerous side.... But that's the way things were in the USA and Britain in the 1920's Just needs some sort of belt/blade guard.
