When you say a resale of a new build are you referring to someone buying it and immediately listing? Not so much of that lately but when the market is super hot it’s not unusual for someone to buy a new build with the most basic package, then gut out the cabinets and bathrooms, install premium upgrades, then flip. I’m actually curious what the deeper question is you’re looking to answer?
