I learned a lot from that video, you really showed the different sizes properties and price points. Stonecrest was my fav. How frequently do you see resales of new construction? I know it's a broad question, but interested to hear your response. Thanks.
When you say a resale of a new build are you referring to someone buying it and immediately listing? Not so much of that lately but when the market is super hot it’s not unusual for someone to buy a new build with the most basic package, then gut out the cabinets and bathrooms, install premium upgrades, then flip. Best bet is to book a time to talk - even if you’re months or years away from making a move. Here’s my calendar: calendly.com/david-vanassche-calendar/home-purchase-meeting
Thanks for the information. Yes partly as you described, but mainly existing home sales (of newer construction), i.e. do you see a lot of turn around?@@Living-In-Phoenix-Scottsdale
@paulbailey5915 It’s an interesting question. The answer obviously depends on the area specifically. Lots of new construction at all price points in many areas of the metro. I’m actually curious what the deeper question is you’re looking to answer?
