Singapore is a small country but don't let its size fool you. There are so many fun things to do here and we've rounded off our 7 favourites in this episode.
One of our favourite things to do is find a vantage spot where you can get a glimpse of the city skyline and that's exactly where we head to first with the iconic Merlion Park.

For our 2nd spot we head over to a quirky, fun and vibrant street near Bugis called Haji Lane. Haji Lane is known for having great cafes and shopping by day and then cool spots to dine and have a drink at night you definitely will want to visit at some point if you're in Singapore.
Singapore has world renowned zoos and aquariums and if you have enough time you should check out all four attractions. We've been to them all but in this episode, we take you inside Jurong Bird Park.

Now it's time for a bit of shopping and there is one area that reigns supreme if you want to spend some money. It's a shoppers' paradise and none other than Orchard Road in Singapore.

Shops are normally open around 10am - 9.30pm
When you ask most Singaporeans where you should go as a tourist they will say Sentosa Island! So that's where we head to next. Sentosa Island has so much to see and do but some of the stand outs are:
Universal Studios Singapore

For people who enjoy gardens and light shows the next stop is a must. The beautiful Gardens by the Bay where you can catch a light show at 7.45 pm every night. Seeing this place in person was just amazing, it really does embody Singapore's vision of being a garden city. It was also one of the set locations for Crazy Rich Asians. Gardens by the Bay is definitely a must-visit in Singapore!

Finally you can't say you've been to Singapore unless you visit a hawker food centre. There are so many great ones to choose from. It's where all the locals go to eat. What's not to love with great flavours and reasonable prices.
