I'm Canadian, but visited Australia in 2017 and will be returning next year for the Australian Open. I found it interesting how the Kmart brand has survived there. It's been gone here since the late 90s.
I think Coles own brand is usually the cheapest. Costco might be a bit cheaper if you buy bulk. I usually just buy the cheapest Coles brand and also look for reduced items in the supermarkets too. Meat and fruit and veg are cheapest in the markets usually.
We have Value Village in Canada it looks exactly the same as Savers so random lol, the price tags and the signs hanging from the ceiling look EXACTLY the same
