Snowfall was exquisite and the casting perfect. I call the ML China’s Clark Gable. If not appreciated in his own country for this role, not a problem, as the rest of the world does.

Was watching Snowfall with my granddaughter and loved the two main characters together. Two lost souls finding each other. It was the constant, relentless, attack by the nutcase that turned us off. It was rinse, wash and repeat with the storyline that made it become boring.

Snowfall is one of the best dramas to come out of China. The people who cancelled this are crazy. The chemistry between the leads was awesome. Bring Snowfall back!

I don't understand the criticism against Liu Yuning. I don't see anything wrong with him.

Snow Fall is a good drama. Stop pick and choose. Every drama are different, you just can’t pick and choose which drama have beautiful actress and actor. When watching a drama you look for the story line. Looking at Snow Fall the character have a good chemistry together which make the drama interesting. What do people expect a young vampire. For quite out loud this is a good drama to watch.

Snowfalls does not deserve to be on this list. I hope there is another part.

A journey to love. was the story that got the audience supporting the actor that played as the ML, and finally giving him the credit he deserved as an actor. everyone hated the ending for him in drama though.

The actors are criticised for their looks? No wonder they do plastic surgery. I remember I saw some people giving negative comments on a series, rating it with low marks and criticizing the actors, After a good time I decided to watch it because of a short clip on RU-vid and it was good to my taste. Everyone has different tastes, the saying goes seven brothers seven different minds or Different strokes for different people. I don't watch people's negative comments again, let me watch it and decide if I want to watch it. We should be careful how we call actors ugly, you don't know how it will affect them. In recent times celebrities have committed suicide because fans/ media heavily criticise them.

LOVED SNOW FALL! Great acting & chemistry between Mr. Shen & Mi Lan. 💓💓💞 Two lonely souls PURELY coming together. (A rarity in stories.) Mr. Shen never took advantage of her innocence, nor for her blood. He was always dedicated, protective & warm. Only a few drops of blood, given cleverly by Mi Lan's from her bit lip to sustain him behind bars. I actually wished the storyline would just keep her sight only fleeting by his blood & used to aid her both by sight & strength through our the movie. And that at the end, she was given a choice whether to merge with the Amber Blood Stone right before his passing.

I loved Snowfall. I hope there will be season 2.

It breaks my heart to see Love You Seven Times on this list. It was a fun, funny, moving and very well done cdrama. The actors are stunning and have electrifying chemistry. The OST is also perfect. There were tedious moments in the plot, but overall it was excellent. I've seen series with a lot of audience that I found dull and with a lot of holes in the script, I don't understand this rejection with this series.🤷‍♀️

As someone who loves Snowfall I honestly don’t understand the criticism! I adored Miss The Dragon as well. We are all different when it comes to what we like and that’s fine. The other dramas may not be on my favourite list but they were still enjoyable!

Liu Yuning made me having interest in Chinese drama again. That man is stunning and his voice is awesome. A Yourney to Love was not that bad, but it was to long, dragged and had a very bad ending. After so many episodes people want a decent ending. If those drama networks wants to get more foreign viewers, they have to think out of the box. Liu Yuning has a very modern face and vibe.

Saw Snow Fall and just loved it. I hope there's a 2nd season. Besides I am a big fan of Gao Weiguang

Im sorry but Miss the dragon is one of my favourite series. The FL was cute and I liked Dylan Wangs character as curious about the girl and his protectiveness of her. The end upset me.

Loved Snowfall. I found that whenever there’s older guy with younger woman, people tend to criticize but when older woman with younger guy, it’s okay. What’s up with that? I, personally like the chemistry between the leads in Snowfall because it’s exactly how the relationship feels like. 100years something immortal man met this barely out of age girl. The girl has never been loved by her parents. She didn’t know what love is and this 100years vampire shows her what love is (it’s also mentioned in the conversation between Mr Shen and Mi Lan mother), including the love from a father figure. In the other hand, Mr Shen can’t help to care for Mi Lan. And it’s understandable why he’s never shown that kind of lovey dovey affection to Mi Lan because he understands it’s somehow inappropriate. I don’t get why I can see this but many cant? It’s shown on their conversation and expression. Are there people also noticing this?

I loved Snow fall so much! Vengo Gao is such a great actor I really don't get why he is not that popular in China? I am from The Netherlands and I love his acting. I've seen almost every drama he did. He has so many overseas fans who appreciate his work. Ouyang Nana does a great job too.

In the longest promise and Snowfall, i felt like both female leads were beautiful. And the chemistry between the leads were awesome as well.

Snow eagle lord was too good❤❤❤❤but it can be said that the cp doesn't attracted. But xukais acting was perfect. Fight scenes were ausome. And his looks in costume were really adorable ❤❤❤I watched it bcoz of him❤❤❤❤❤

Journey to love is a good drama with well developed characters all around. I think the leads were well suited and Yuning has the right masculine and mature looks to make a top assassin fall for him. A pretty face wouldn’t suit the character and would diminish the female lead character ‘s love if she fell for a pretty boy type.

The second leads saved In Blossom. Also Liu Yuning is an excellent actor and attractive. He is just not a pretty boy.

Im not familiar with nana and gao.. but after watching some clips of snowfall i suddenly search for the full episode of this series and this hooked me . Since the moment i watched it.. i suddenly became a fun of vengo gao and nana.. they are amazing. Even without kissing scenes their chemistry really boost out. The two reminds me of wu chun and ella chen in the series hana kimi taiwan version.

I can only say about the dramas I've watched and really enjoyed. For me Snowfall, in blossom and a journey to love were exceptionally good dramas with great Male leads and great chemistry btw the Top leads. Some dramas don't need to be romantically intensive or have many kissing and intimate moments. The main couples did great job , the plot was intriguing and the story was extremely interesting. For me these three are highly recommended and well deserved from the acceptance of the audience and ratings 👏

I like Snowfall ML looks too old for FL (may be because he’s 100 +years old Vampire 😂) but they’re good actors Overall I think this movie worth watching 👌👌

usually i will decide to drop a drama after a few episodes if I don't like it regardless of the leads or genre.

I watched 3 of them, and sadly I dropped them. For me, the most important is storyline, then acting and chemistry. For A Journey of Love, it's started quite interesting. I like strong female lead, never like the childish, innocent to the degree of stupid, who needs protection all the time female lead. Unfortunately, along the way, the story got boring for me, so I dropped it. As for Liu Yu Ning, yes, he's not what Chinese judge as handsome as they like the skinny face type. For me he's just fine. Not very handsome, but he has his own charisma and charms and has interesting personality. Good looks without those quality is just boring to look at. I started to watch this series because of him. As for Love You Seven Times, I watched it because of Ding Yu Xi, but had to drop it since the story is too boring for me. Chinese drama has many many series with this theme. As long as the story line is good, then it's still ok. I also didn't really like the female lead's acting and didn't really get the chemistry between two of them. Her eyes and expression is void of emotions. And my god, I can't stand the costumes and the hair! The clothes were so thick, it makes me feel heavy and hot just by watching them. And the hair is ridiculously big and tick. I really don't know how they can act with those heavy tick costumes and hair. As for Longest Promise, of course I watched it because of Xiao Zhan. Dropped it because I find it boring and I didn't like the story, the female lead's character. As for chemistry, I can't say coz I dropped it before they even got together. Saw some of trailers, didn't see any chemistry between them too. They just didn't feel suitable together.

I haven't watch the other dramas but I watched Miss The Dragon because of my friend. Tbh both of us are more invested to second leads stories than main leads😅

AJTL is one of My favorite Wuxia, and no it's not because i believe Liu yuning is my soul mate. I just really loved the leads,the supporting cast and the script. I'm willing to give the Snow Fall a chance even though the makers are the ones who made that one drama that everyone loves (goodbye my princes) but for me it's the worst drama I have ever seen,i hate it. I like Xu Kai, honestly I enjoyed SEL but after that,I just can't watch his dramas. Not because of him but because of his co-starring FL's,I'm not feeling the chemistry with most of them and some I just don't like.

Idc tho. I trust my own judgement. Miss the Dragon start out pretty good, but dropping from middle, the story feels repetitive and 2nd couple have better chemistry than main cp. But overall pretty good story. The ending is rushed and quite disapponting tho. Longest promise i have to drop it in around eps 15, the main FL is not likeable, the chemistry is not there. The plot is not hooking enough. It feels like bad production that wasting resources of money and XZ talent.

People are pretty shallow if they only watch dramas for handsome men and beautiful women; and nitpick the looks, and make snide comments about actors and actresses.. It is the plot and acting which make a drama worth watching. It is the ability to gain our interest and keep it throughout using plot twists, surprises, beautiful music, humor, and romance which makes a drama stand apart. Yes, we all have differing opinions because our tastes are different; and yes we have our favorite actors and actresses but the over criticism of dramas has left many masterpieces hidden.

Just watched Snowfall. Love Vengo in anything, he is so classy. The FL is someone I was unfamiliar with but she did a great job, very convincing as a blind person. Lovely and fresh.. Ending was a disappointment, I wanted him to absorb Mu's power and survive. I also think Liu yuning is uniquely attractive and believable as a lead.

I never listen to critics. I will always make my own decisions about what I want to watch. And remember, if a show is not as good, It isn't always the actors' fault. It could be the script or the director's fault.

well for me it doesnt matter who are the leads stars as long as the story is good, relatable, and it gives a morale lessons to the viewers, its good for me, because in the first place i dont know much about the lead starts, whom i only knew very few.

To anyone who have not watched one of the dramas listed .. each person has their own taste and expectations for dramas. Some low rated dramas are actually good ( for me ) while some very high rated ones are don’t suit my taste . Don’t let the reviews of the majority make you miss a drama you might like .

I agree with this. Lots of the dramas here I've dropped or haven't got back to finishing it yet but is feeling lazy to do so and might as well be dropped too. And the ones here that I've finished, i also find certain aspects to rant about it and mostly they're the same as other viewers' criticisms. Although the ones I've finished are not really bad, but due to high expectations, it's a letdown.

I think a lot viewers get turned off by female leads having to speak in a pouting three year old's voice! It's always so nice to find a C-drama where all the women sound like adults, you never have that problem with K-drama's! The costuming can also be a turn off, it seems to be really good (Love like the Galaxy) or mostly awful like in *Snow Eagle Lord*! Seriously, most costume designers should be fired along with the people who approved all the awful wardrobes!

I like snowfall but hated ending… Gao play an old vampire and Ouyang really convincing as a blind young teenager… chinese seem to not understand acting and only want pretty with no substance

The actors worst critics are always their own kind. It’s all about six. The west has too much of it and the east has to little of it. I especially love Snowfall/the clean innocent love, Miss the Dragon/Dylan’s white long hair as well as the others. I love Asian dramas.

Snow eagle lord , although nezha doesn't matches xukai but the drama low rating was just sue to lesser scenes of xukai as we were expecting from Reuters and xukai's interview that there are many fighting scenes which we were looking forward to.

Some drama the actors are handsome and beautiful but chemistry is lacking or acting better the girl is simple but good in acting and not boring.

100% hit the mark on every one of these drama's. I was thoroughly disappointed on how many of these C-drama's I dropped in this past year & the year before. Especially, with having strong admiration for either the leading lady or the leading man. It's either the connection was just not there ... or it felt like the one lead was just reading the lines & going through the motions. I will always chalk it up to .. the best actresses & visa-versa that would have been perfect pairing were unavailable, so they have to go with the next batch. OR, maybe they put these actresses/actors in because they needed more recognition .. which ended up with egg on their face. I have to admit the one actress that has been famous for her darling looks ... and criticized for her acting, does need more coaching (professional coaching). I understand that visuals also play an important part in dramas.... HOWEVER, the main focus should honestly be the Skill in the ability to pull you into their character through their acting. If they can't do that.. then for some, the interest in the character, drama etc are numbed & you move onto the next drama. Hoping for better dramas to unfold!!!

Snow Fall: hmmm a bunch of school kids and one adult….Beautiful sets, but the doctor looks like he is 18….The girl and the vampire have a father-daughter vibe, not helped by the costumes. In Blossom: she looks like from a cover shoot for Vogue. Journey to Love the best drama in donkeys years, great cast, absolutely sh..tty ending. What you say is fan criticism is trolling by bitter, stunted loners with no life of their own, usually shockingly unattractive to boot (just watch a fan meet….!) Yang Chaoyue can‘t act to save her life; good in Heroes, though. Xu Kai needs to stay away from costume drama, maybe. Oh, and: white / blond hair not a good look AT ALL!

Watching your video I realise how many cdramas I have watched and I still have to catch up with you! I agree with lots of your comments and it is a relief to be able to comment on those. Sometimes I refrain to do so in the cdrama videos so that other viewers are not influenced / upset by them. People has little ability to accept different views. My opinion: - Snowfall. I love Vengo Gao. He is an excellent actor and handsome. But here he is dressed with loose robes (which is not bad) and capes and coats on top, which is awful, restricts movements and makes him look ridiculous. And the FL is presented as a very young girl, too young as if the ML would be a cradle robber, which was not needed. Apart from the 1st episode, somewhat acceptable, the rest is a feeble story going in circles with no much direction. After discovering Vengo Gao in Eternal love (peaches and dream) I am desperate to watch him in something worthwhile, but so far, no luck - In Blossom. I have given up watching any drama with Ju Yungyi involved. In my opinion, a bad actress. - A journey to love. Very entertaining. Good crew and in general working very well. The problem is the story. We start with two very capable leaders (ML and FL) that end up somewhat diluted into nothingness whilst the survivors are not the ones you want to see winning, specially the secondary FL. A nonsense of "everybody must die so that you suffer a lot" that spoils it all. - Love you seven times. Watchable and even entertaining. I do not mind this ML, though his cdramas tend to be a bit weak. But I empathize with him. - Snow Eagle Lord. I love Xu Kai, so I was eager to watch this. The problem is the FL, that does not fit at all. It also is a bit tiresome because of too many fights and little story. And I also started watching Sword and Fairy. Another failure because of a bad story. I love FL and ML but there is no possibility of success with such a story - Miss the Dragon. First time I watched Wang Hedi and already got my attention. The FL is not bad either, but after watching them through a repetitive story, the final episode was the final drop to qualify it as a bad cdrama. To anyone that has not watched Wang Hedi in a good cdrama, please do not miss Love between Demon and Fairy! - Lost you Forever is mentioned. I watched the beginning (summarised and distributed as a long video) and left it half way through. I cannot stand Yang Zi, always playing roles so dumb, so troubled, so ignorant, so willing to be bullied and accepting abusive behaviours.... Not my cup of tea Joy of Life is great!!! I still have not gone through As beautiful as you. I did not like The tale of Rose, but that FL worked in A Dream of Splendor and that was very entertaining By the way, I just finished Beauty Strategy and I enjoyed it lots after some days of disappointing videos Thanks a lot for this one!

Asian antifans are toxic. Among Western fans, Liu Yuning is considered to have stolen the show in The Long Ballad as 2nd ML along with Zhao Lusi as 2nd FL. Their story & chemistry wins the day. Looking forward to watching Journey to Love & the new one he's in where he reunites with Lusi. Hopefully the insane judgments against his good looks won't ruin his career. PS Had to turn down the sound on this. It's dreadful!

A Journey to Love is an excellent series. The ML might not been screaming handsome but he more than makes it up in the charm department. His acting was top-notch. I had to drop Blossom a few episode after the FL swap. That swap was just awful. I loved the first FL and just could not get past the anorexic look of the newer FL. I cringed every time there was a fight scene and she was nearby. Longest Promise was boring and the female lead was beyond annoying. I had to drop it plus there was no chemistry between the leads. The acting was subpar too especially on the part of the FL.

Maybe the disappointment for Snow Eagle Lord comes from the physique of the main actress, that would be understandable.
