Both of you are amazing communicators. Loved this video. It is so informative. People ask if you get PR how will you survive in Canada? Your video has given a clarity about the available options. If it's an open work permit, yes you can legally drive UBER. It comes under the category of self employed, so it's not a second job.

Tourist visa is only for tourism purpose. You can't legally work on it. You need to have work permit, PR or Citizenship to legally work in Canada.
