When you drop a pick in an electric guitar. Confusion

Does nobody ever wonder this: If we tune our high e string, we nearly pass out due to anxiety of it breaking and hitting us right? But we can bend it to oblivion without anything happening, like how??

Related to No. 2 several years ago... Instead of plugging the guitar on "input", I had plugged it into "headphones" Never felt so dumb in my life

I once took an hour long bus ride to get to a mall(there are none where I used to live, also there was a guitar shop) and I sat in the back on the right side. When I arrived I noticed three of the five picks I had in my pocket were missing. A week later I took the bus to the same mall because OH SHIT CHRISTMAS IS IN FOUR DAYS and I sat on the same spot as the last time, except on this time on the left side. I looked over to the other seats as I was about to get off, and goddamn there were all three picks still lying there. It's one of the most surreal experiences I've had

i have phobia tuning my guitar because once when i did it, a string broke and however slashed me in three of my fingers and i can't write for days. phobias.

The stab is also relatable to pieces of broken strings that you can't find in the carpet. Once had a broken section of G string go half an inch into my heal.

I once bought a new pick, i dropped it on the couch and i have never seen it again.

Alright this is the story of how I got my pick back. It started off when i flung my pick across the room, I dolphin dived forward to get it before the dimension portal opened but I didn’t make it. While I was glooming in my depressed relization that I don’t have any picks I saw a flash of lighting and then a German scientist named Edward richtofen appeared and said that my pick can save the multiverse. We traveled into a place called Alcatraz island but WAIT there were zombies everywhere I turned around to run but then Richtofen grabbed out a gun and mowed down all of them, when I finally saw the pick wizard Richtofen tackled him and shot him with his gun, BUT THERE WAS NO PICK. Richtofen said that the only way to get it back was to sacrifice himself. I told him it wasn’t worth it but he still stepped in the machine and told me these exact words “ remember me and play your guitar for me when you get your pick back” I said ok and when he died I warped back home with my pick in my pocket, But I didn’t really like guitar that much so I just went back to Call of Duty Zombies.

The missing guitar pick and the string pains are definitely the most real and most common haha

The missing pick part is sooo relatable at this point. I mean, they're all related, but the pick one is most relatable.

those picks disappear indeed. i have a black soft carpet a very nice back matt pick. those two open another portal in space-time when i combine them...

You wont believe this but I literally found my pick after 12 years seriously. That was my first ever pick I got with my first guitar.
