Sir, You suggested to take turmeric milk, but my fissure was made initially by milk intake and I can't take milk and milk products except ghee. Me too I have this problem and I cannot intake milk products. We have a1 cow milk that's why we have anal fissure but by having a2 desi pure cow milk it's totally safe and good. Research about a1 and a2 cow milk

i am a student so i need to sit for long hours to study as a result i become constipated which ultimately causes fissures.. i keep getting fissures so often. it heals for a month then again comes. I drink plenty of water almost 2-3 litres .I am tired by my situation. I can not travel anywhere it is so painfull please suggest some remedy so that i can permanantly get rid of it.
@@ginni3754 actually, I tell you what .I had no solution other than taking stool softener which ultimately helped it to heal now for few days it reduced. I used Picolex stool softener two spoons after meals and followed by hot milk with one spoon psyllium Husk . Daily one cucumber and a tomato with meals. Also used an ointment named Hemolit before and after going to toilet.
