Option of bringing over parents permanently to germany is a win over Uk. Can you please tell how is the healthcare there especially if someone wants to bring old parents there ?
In UK now we can't bring parents ?? That's what I was also thinking that if we can bring parents in Germany then this reason alone is enough to prefer Germany over UK

Hello Brother, I was planning on moving to the UK but i just qualified for a Research Grant that covers living expenses & reduced tuition rate for my masters in the US. The program slightly deviates from my liking as it's MS Electronic & Computer Engineering instead of Computer Science. Would you recommend the US over the UK & Germany. Now that my cost is almost the same for all three countries.
