Cockapoos are the best! I've had my best buddy for 10 years and she has truly been the joy of my life! She's the perfect size for me because she's large enough to keep up with my hikes and runs, but small enough to cuddle on my lap. She's sweet natured, smart, athletic and is incredibly easy to train. I'm still teaching her new tricks. I'm very lucky to have chosen a cockapoo!
My first house dog was a schnoodle. We got her from a shelter where she and her sisters were brought in to be "disposed of" as puppies. Turns out that shelter was a no-kill shelter. The kids and I went out there and found the one that we bonded with the most. She was an AMAAAAAAAZING dog. She had the sass of a schnauzer and the smarts of a poodle. She shed only the tiniest bit and that was when she would rub herself along the length of the couch and loveseat in an effort to quell the itchy skin that she suffered from. My next dog was a scrawny, matted poodle rescued from some pretty mean streets at about 6 or 7 months old. It was then that I got hooked on poodles and never looked back. What a brilliant dog she was. And sweet to the bone. Loved to chase squirrels. Friendly, extremely easy to train. I've never allowed my dogs to bark incessantly. They're allowed to bark when someone comes to the door or really close to the house or apartment. Both my dogs were easy to train in that way. I walked both without a leash, my command to stop at the curb until which time I give you permission to step off being the only "leash" they had. The poodle learned so quickly -- especially after being a dog that ran the streets at will before her rescue -- that I was stunned. My subsequent dogs since her have also been poodles as well. Having become a poodleholic, I wonder why people who try to create the "perfect dog" seem to always include a poodle in the mix. As far as I'm concerned, the poodle already is a perfect dog. They come in different sizes and colors. They're scary smart (#2 in the canine intelligence test). They're non-shedding so you won't be constantly vacuuming dog hair or brushing it from your clothes. They're hypoallergenic for _almost_ everyone, even those who have difficulty with other breeds. IMHO, they are the perfect breed.
My Schnoodle, Gracie, is the light of my life. She was liberated when a puppy mill was raided in Franklin, LA. She does not shed and is such a cutie pie! When I got her she was skin and bones, but now she is chubby and sassy!
We have a mini Golden Doodle, who is the sweetest dog, ever!!! She has the sweetest nature, and loves her family. She is very smart, and enjoys learning. She loves to play ball with us or by herself, and adores chasing squirrels and deer. She loves to snuggle by us as she naps or sleeps at night. What a love!!!
We have a lovable, smart and fast Cavapoo. Nobody can resist his charms when they walk past us, even those who don’t like dogs. He’s so darn cute even after he steals a shoe.
You hit the nail on the head with the description of the Yorkiepoo. Just an ideal small dog. Cute, affectionate, loyal, always alert to the extent you always know when someone or something is outside your house; before they knock or ring the doorbell with a person. I could go on all day. My personal favorite small dog; none better!
We have a pure white toy poodle (5 lbs at 3 years old). Its got it all without breeding it with another breed. But they all look and act fine. It is a male and breeder couldn't sell males so we "rescued" it from a chicken farmer that it was left with. Got it for a very low price. It is the most affectionate dog we ever had. We are happy 100% with this dog.
We just got a Pomapoo and we love her. She is about 8 months and is really alert, intelligent, and loving. She doesn't bark and she can leap great distance for her size. Tigger was a good nickname, but she is called Gigi. Toys are a must and chewy things. She can also be stubborn. She is learning very quickly though and we have only had her a couple of weeks.
I have bichpoo (bichon+poodle) I love her looks AND temperament a lot! Such lovely dog! Friendly and cheerful yet cautious and mild. Very sociable with both people and dogs. She loves playing with huge neighbor dogs and they love her back a lot! So fun to see her never-dying high sprit around big dogs.
S J all these dogs whose breeds have been mixed are mongrels, they are not full bred dogs, just little mongrels that you all pay hundreds maybe thousands for. The world has gone mad
I have a bordoodle. They are cute and friendly. With the genes of the two most intelligent dogs, border collie and poodle. They have low shedding and an amazing temperament. They are amazing with kids and aren’t too big. They are my favourite dog breed. 🐶 🐕
Our schnoodle (schnauzer and poodle) is amazing. She is smart, sturdy, affectionate, and a pleaser. She was so easy to train.She loves everyone, especially our grandkids.
I have a Papipoo. He is a Poodle/Papillon mix. Best dog ever, looks like a little teddy bear & super smart & friendly. Best personality dog, so funny & goofy at times but if need to be protected he is on the job. I like that he only barks when someone comes to the door, when he hears a strange noise or on command. Awesome breed! Hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed, love my Teddy so much!
I have a white maltipoo, my first ever dog. She is 3 years old now. Great lap dog. She loves to go on hikes and long walks. We take her up mountain trails. Always sleeps with us. Doesnt mind being left alone for 8 to 10 hours. I used to hate dogs too, not anymore. My dog is a lover
We got our Irish setter mini poodle two months ago and he been the most easily trainable and loving dog I’ve ever had. Not to mention he looks like a cross between and teddy bear and a chicken nugget. More Irish Doodles!
I have a toy Shidoodle Poodle. He's all white and sooooo adorable. He's twelve years old and still looks like a puppy. I'm still so in love with him he makes my life. ❤🐾❤🐾
Love my bichpoo or poochon! He loves everybody and is so merry and a real cuddlebunny. He’s a great goodwill ambassador as everyone wants to interact with him and even the people with the dourest of expressions, go away with a smile.
I have a yorkipoo. She is adorable. I think she looks more poodle than Yorkie. I adopted her six years ago when she was two. I have had her for six yrs. The time has gone by so fast & I love her more each day

My cavapoo is also a thief. 1 yr old. Barks-a-lot, runs away, cute, cute. We got her because our cockapoo didn’t like being left alone. Didn’t help. Cockapoo is better lap dog, doesn’t run away or steal, 3 yrs old, sweet natured, barks-a-little-less. Both are trainable, just over 20 lbs, need same grooming, friendly, happy.
I have a toy Cavoodle and he’s the most adorable dog I’ve ever had. He loves any person and dog and is fearless even when approached by Great Danes or German Shepheard’s. He’s also a bit of a clown and makes me laugh every day. I can’t imagine life without him now.

We love our lil' SHIHPOO! (My first little dog ever - & I'm 50.) She makes an nice companion, too, for our huge Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix - they are best friends and play well together. That "lion-dog" trait of the Shihtzu really comes out in her: She is fearlessly loving.♡
I have a cockapoo and she is the smartest dog I have ever had. Easy to train, does tricks, stands on point when the deer are in our yard. She will stay in that position for 15min and not flinch at all! I bought her right after our cat named Nucense passed away. My husband has Athiemers and I knew it would be good for him. We adore her and she loves to travel. We take trips to FL CO and SC and we only have to stop 2 times in a 13hr. trip. She knows when I am on a highway or in a town by my speed and when I travel on an interstate she just lays down until I start to slow down, then she takes a look outside and settles in again.

Cockerpoo are great smart dogs. Cocker spaniels are such great family dogs and were so popular years ago..they really need a comeback. Pomapoo are great too.
I have a shihpoo and he is extremely smart, he figured out how to climb the puppy gate, how to make his own puppy steps. Now if I could just get him to understand I don't want him pooping everywhere.
Been there with the dumb dog but my Crimson was soooo stinking cute. ChiPoo. Now Bama on the other hand was a genius Maltese bichon frise n poodle mix. Brina a purebred toy poodle still isn’t as smart as Bama.

Havapoo - the Havapoo on it's own is a great dog who's intelligent with hair instead of fur. Combined with the poodle it has a charming personality that's intelligent and eager to please along with hair from both its parents.
I had a peek a poo for 18 yrs. She was wonderful. Pooka was her name. I bought her in 1977 ln new mexico for 35 dollars. Before the rage of these types of dogs. Found out after i named her in mythology a pooka is an imaginary animal.
I don't really approve of Designer Dogs, but Poodles are AWESOME dogs and any mix that involves Poodles are always smart, adorable and all around wonderful companions.
Me and my standard poodle agree completely! Crossing is pointless when they are come in every size, intelligence only beaten by collies (but unlike collies they aren't quite as exhausting to keep entertained lol), and have so many plus points to list lol! I am just surprised that people think crosses will have easier to care for coats, but most I've seen have almost identical coats, but usually harder to comb through and need as much grooming as an adult as a poodle pup going through the worst coat change lol! Crosses can be lovely dogs, but they are mostly bred by greeders or in puppy farms, so buying mongreldoodles puppies is potentially going to encourage the worst "breeders" around. I'm just glad I managed to find a litter of spoos locally that were cheap due to colour faults and so hadn't been registered, but both parents had been fully health tested, had great breeding and upbringing just at a lower price, so I got my soppy boy. I wanted a grooming project, so poodles were obvious choice, but it was less than a week before I had fallen head over heels for the breed!! I just wish my health wasn't so rubbish because I'd love to get another standard to show properly, but I really struggle to get coat prep done before fun shows, so need to find a bather/dryer so I can concentrate on scissoring, clipping and showing, or try and encourage all poodle handlers show in German clips so you don't have to spray up huge coats and then bath after show day lol!
@@EmzyT0I have both doodles and poodles and the doodles are waaaaaayyyy better. I have a sheepadoodle and a cockapoo and they are the sweetest, most sensitive, loyalest, quietest dogs I've ever had. They are playful and fantastic with young kids. My mini poodle in the meantime acts like a nutcase. And they are all under the age of 2. I definitely recommend a doodle over a poodle any day.
You left out my baby...the Jackapoo. Jack Russel and Poodle mix. The best dog I have ever had. He is 9 years old now, fiercely loyal, funny, playful, healthy and an outstanding mouser. He is the perfect companion. Loved all the poodle mixes you showed, but my Rowdy Boy would have made a perfect ten in your countdown.

I have 3 babies "POOSKY", toy poodle mom, husky Daddy, they are so cute not to mention that husky Daddy is mix with German Shepherd , so they are highly intelligent and lot of energy .
I wish you would research the smaller sized goldendoodles. Our Harley (standard size) was an exceptional dog, almost human; and will always be a special part of our lives. I haven't been able to bring myself to get another dog. My husband and I are in our 70s so we really need a smaller dog we can pick up easily abt 20-25 lbs at most. I know there are goldendoodles in smaller sizes but don't know the pros and cons since they haven't been around very long. If you know much about them or could point me to another source I'd appreciate it. The other poo mixes in this video are cute and I might consider one that has a mild manner/temper, sweet nature, and doesn't shed much or at all. They all can steal your heart. I know how much we loved our goldendoodle, and would love one just like him only smaller.

I have a Teddy Bear 🧸 Poochon 50%Bichon 50%Poodle. He is all black with a white patch on his neck. when people see him they run up to him and instantly fall in love 😍. They want to pick him up and snuggle him. He has a lot of energy. He is 13 lbs. He looks like an actual bear cub. I was walking him in the park one day and a old man walked up to him and just picked him up and snuggled him. His wife was shocked 😮 that he had did this because he was not a dog lover at all. But he is mine and he is my baby.
