So many negative comments?? Why? This was a beautiful video.. and the names of the plants were included? Thank you for such a great video.. you did a lovely job .. gorgeous flowers :)
I am Loren Begonia. and I will make a landscape full of Begonias so that our fellows would be familiar with different varieties of begonias. Belgium holds a festival for begonias, which they would make a huge carpet of flowers of begonias.
Thanks for sharing this beautiful video. Calibrachoa or Million Bells also makes a super plant for hanging baskets or pots. See position 0:11 of video and how similar they look to Petunias. 😜
Here is the list of from 9 to 1 9. Petunia 8. Sweet Alyssum 7. Black-eyed Susan Vine 6. Clemantis 5. Fushicia 4. Geranium 3. Lantana 2. Begonia 1. Lobelia
Nice video, but for hanging baskets I would say petunias, geraniums, fushias, begonias, thumbergina. Accent plants, lobelia, alyssum, lantana. Clematis just beautiful!!! Didn't see impatiens though?
In our area, most of those flowers come already potted in hanging planters. If you can buy them at all. I would love to put some in hanging pots and planters that I already have. Kenny's wife Anna
Thanks for posting such beautiful video. And the way you worked hard to get those beautiful pics. I'll be so honoured, if you can share the online buy out link as well. As tried very hard to get these.
#9, the first picture, are Calibrachoa, not Petunias. #6, Clemtatis, has a very short bloom season, where I live, at any rate. #5 Fushia, does better in mostly shade and with cooler/warm temperatures; #4 Geraniums, need to be dead-headed or pinched to promote new blooms throughout the season. #1, Lobelia prefer part shade, especially where summers get very hot. If too hot, Lobelia will stop blooming and die back.
Very pretty lots of flowers.....but I want to know their names and where to get them how much they cost and which are the best for hanging baskets,,,,please. How to nurture them and what to expect from them.
I've put begonias in my baskets this year. Never again they are to slow growing for my liking. I put petunias in a trough at the same time and they are 3 times bigger. I'll stick with petunias next year.
I'm planning at least 2 hanging baskets this Spring, maybe 3. 2 will hang from my 4 pronged shepherd's hook. I've been looking for the right flowers..Thank you. The only thing is, the awful country twang music was difficult to put up with.
