I always had a crush on him since middle school, met him at KCON LA couple years back, my ovaries exploded. After 15+ years, I still fangirl over him to the point where my hubs gets jealous. I have to watch this episode in secret or he’ll hear me squeal like a pig 😅
I bumped into Daniel Henney in a parking garage in LA, and he was the sweetest 🥺 My phone ran out of storage when I tried taking a pic with him, and he waited as I frantically tried deleting pictures. He also introduced himself to my friend who didn’t know who he was. Just overall super nice and down to earth
He has better success in US because of age discrimination in Korean entertainment industry and let's just face it he's biracial so he's not Korean enough. But his English language skills get him auditions that other Korean actors can't get and he models in the US too
@@josepha-michalwalker1261 it's not the age discrimination for him, it's bec he's biracial and that the roles for him would be someone who's foreigner or biracial and that would be quite difficult to find in Korean films/dramas. Not all dramas are like My Name is Kim Sam Soon, the very first K drama he got a break in.
I first saw Daniel Henney on the film Seducing Mr. Perfect and was mesmerized by his looks, fluency in English language and acting ability. Being a fan of Son Ye Jin, I thought Daniel Henney could be close to perfect to partner with her in a film or TV series. Just being hopeful.....that these two lovely people may work together in the future. No doubt, if given a chance, Son Ye Jin and Daniel Henney will be able to portray any character in a role with indisputable chemistry, I love them both dearly.
He is american , i read his mother is korean american and his father irish american(i think) , and he was born in michigan , so thats why he talks fluently in english and he didnt know korean at the time of the drama kim sam soon . I think he will stay in hollywood for a while because now that eveyone wants minority to be lead i think he is a perfect cast for that , but i read son ye jin will have a hollywod debut so maybe theres a posibility they can work together Sorry for my english
Thank you Sofia. I have previously read Daniel’s bio as well. He was raised in United States but I am oblivious when he became fluent in Korean. Just thought he could be a good match for Son Ye Jin on her upcoming Hollywood film “Cross” with Sam Worthington. Great potential for success for both of them share the screen ....great acting, classy presence, chemistry that can unfold, and both smiles that are immensely contagious. But then, it is the entertainment industry.....quite unpredictable! Enjoy....be safe.
NeonEyes Hollywood is about the money. If you can pull it in you are cream on the top. It’s a town that uses and disposes no matter your nationality. I think you are right and Hollywood sees a way to ride the KPop wave and the dramas. But I like the K dramas far more than anything Hollywood puts out. Never change that. I only watch K dramas now.
I swear...🤣 I saw this man when I was 8 and I thought he was FINEEE now 10 years later I’m 18 and DAMN he looking better then all of the guys I’ve seen in my 18 years of living😌 he aging FINEEE
With all due respect. I thought Crazy Rich Asian should be from Southeast Asia. I guess language is the factor so people want to cast Asian migrants from US, Australia or Canada. Because English is the de facto world language
@@MissLooneyable I didn’t say Daniel’s English is bad. Crazy Rich Asian story is based on Southeast Asia. What if the movie was played by actors and actresses from Southeast Asia. Henry Golding is an example. Daniel is Korean American. English accents from Southeast Asia is different from Korea/Korean American.
I dont know who sounds like who but he gave some sorts of Siwon's vibe. I dunno, the way he nodded and all, I felt like watching Siwon. Anyways, Daniel definitely aging like a fine wine. Amazing.
He works in the US now because the Korean industry has no room for him; besides the syndication checks are better when you do a successful tv series in the US.
I love Lee Min Ho. He is my favorite Korean actor, but Daniel Henney is much more attractive. He’s tall, muscular, has a beautiful flawless face, gorgeous hair, perfect smile, etc. Minho is hot, but not as hot as Henny. Now, the Chinese actor Vivian Dawson looks like he could he be Daniel’s twin.
I get jealous when I see people loving their job. On the other hand as an office worker literally every single day I'm mood off. How I wish I can do something what I love like them but well I don't even know what I'm good at apart from being corporate slave.
Henney is gorgeous ! I try to only crush on guys that live in other countries so I can pretend that's the only reason we're not dating. If only.... 😅😅😅
All I could focus on after is SuperM's song "Tiger inside" 😁😁😁 omg I love them but I love them more after using this song and Baekhyun's song "Candy" 😊
I really don't like that photographer guy, he's just bossing around by told 'painting should be done by newbie' wtf even boss Yang helped,, idk what to say abt this man
To be fair, I think it's really a newbie's role? And Boss Yang was really there to help, + the photog team was lacking manpower I wouldn't expect Boss Yang to help setting up equipment and checking the configurations etc.
@@adkfjasldk no i meant, as a boss, he should've helped his team instead of bossing around like he's just standing there and see everything HAS to be well done. He's also rude to his employees just bcs there is no meat for lunch
@@주니김-x1i ahh I see your point. I agree that the lunch remark was too much!! Personally, I still think the work allocation was fine HAHA. Everyone has their own role and responsibilities, and are probably trained to do it. Of course, a boss who helps out will come off as personable and humble. But, I'd expect him to have his hands full with planning the shoot, looking out for any overlooked issues, managing client's expectations etc. Everyone has their preferred work style and arrangements. To each his own :)
All male bosses? So boring already, I’ve stopped when they added former baseball player. Also the gym owner need to start looking like one now, he can’t be bulking all year round.
