The way you pronounce all perfumes' names is spot on but.... girl, the way you pronounced those Arabic ones (being an Arab myself) that was INCREDIBLY ACCURATE and found it to be so respectful as well. Thank you for taking the time to learn how these fragrances are ACTUALLY pronounced and not butchering them the way many "so called" perfume experts do without giving a single damn.

I love your reviews and really appreciate all the time and effort you put into your description box- So easy to navigate and find the fragrances online! How would you compare wild python to velvet vanilla? They seem vastly different. I enjoy tuberose and am interested in discovering what “dirty” tuberose is like compared to sweet, grapey, or bubblegummy.
Hi Lauren 🥰 Thank you! I’m so glad you appreciate it. As for the perfumes, yes they are quite different - velvet vanilla is much sweeter, tooth-achingly sweet really - but it IS just as loud as Wild Python. Wild Python is more mature and carnal; still sweet but more grounded to me.

My Club De Nuit fragrances are my most beastly ones... CDN for Women, CDN Imperiale and CDN Untold. (Also these and 2 others are my most complimented.) Those 2 others are Barakkat Satin Oud by Fragrance World and Delilah by Maison Alhambra. Also both are pretty beastly, too.
I think you are 100% correct about natural vs synthetic fragrances because I love fragrances from brands like House of Matriarch that make everything from all natural ingredients BUT - the smell only stays with you around 2-3 hours! I mean pretty much all of them...But, spray on some Montale or Mancera - 18 hours later it is STILL present! Lol...You do have to trade off the beauty of natural materials for the power of the synthetics...I love many of these on your list! The dupe brand Oakcha are mostly, if not all, Extrait concentrations and very long lasting. Madame Rose is the one inspired by Delina and is very very strong. But sweet addict (LDBS dupe) I could not handle and had to declutter. I love sweet frags but that one smelled like straight pink bubble gum to me. Great video!! I'm going to have to try Roses Greedy :)

Hey Charlotte... New Subbie here... Great review... I also have the Jasmine Wisp and Amber Oud... In my opinion I think they smell very similar too but the Jasmine Wisp leans more feminine... I just received the Jasmine Wisp a few days ago... I sprayed just to smell it... But I haven't worn it out as yet... I'm excited to try it soon. Thank you!😊👍💞

Scandal by night by Jean Paul Gaultier, this one is so loud in a good way and in lasts, I could wash my clothes again and again and the scent stayed ON ... so good and worth every penny :) definintely going to look into some of your recommendations !!

Not saying that you are "fibbing" or anything but honestly I find it really hard to believe that a xerjoff fragrance would be THAT beastly. I mean the only one that I have...and know everyone who it owns it...will say that has that kind of power is Followed by Kersosene. I have 300 frags and Followed is the only one with that kind of beastliness that you say Xerjoff has. Still like your video :) Thanks for sharing!
Which one is the juiciest and freshest and beast mode out of the ones youve described. I feel jasmine wisp and erba pura are neck to neck. Which one would you go for if you had to get one in the above criteria?
Great question, Rachelle. I think if you *love* this scent dna and would wear it often, you could get away with having these both as these two are the most different from each other (ex: I think amber oud gold and erba Pura would be more redundant)- the Amber Oud Gold is more fresh, ozonic, and airy - Jasmine Wisp is more specifically feminine and tropical to me with the florals. That said, they might be redundant to you if you only reach for them on rare or specific occasions. I suggest you start with one of them based on whichever you find sounds most appealing to you and then if you fall in love with the genre of scent you’ll know if you might want different variations of the same. You might also find that one is enough, too. :) For example, I probably have what would be considered redundant vanilla perfumes, but because I love that scent profile so much and wear it most often - I can get away with and appreciate having many variations on the same scent profile. 🥰
I still haven't tried it 😫 I really want to, though I probably won't be buying it since it is supposed to be so similar. Maybe someone else who's smelled both can chime in?
I wanna buy wild phyton but im scared of the mancera sinthetic smell 😅 is it strongly synthetic?? i own velvet vanilla and its good no sinthetic smell. But i tried decants of instant crush n intense cafe n i cant stang it!!
I know what you mean! I would say if you're ok with Velvet Vanilla you would be ok with Wild Python then - it doesn't have that harsh note that's in intense cafe and Instant Crush.
The closest I've smelled is definitely Good Girl Gone Bad by Kilian! From what I remember (I just had a sample) though that one is even more floral and lacks the more musky-vanilla dry down of Wild Python.
I don't think it's necessarily sweeter, but it is different. Roses Vanille smells almost a bit boozy to me, and more vanilla. Roses Greedy is heavier on the musky rose accords and a bit more playful and airy. They do share that same rose - that's the most similar aspect for sure.
Have you done a video on just Jasmine perfumes.. I really want a great jasmine perfume.. I was thinking about jasmine wisp but I'm not to fond of coconut. Have u tried jasmine woods by bdk? I'm curious about it.
Hi Kelz! I haven’t (I should though 😉 I love jasmine 😍) Jasmin Wisp definitely has a lot more going on than jasmin so I don’t know if it’s the one for you. I did indeed try Jasmine Woods and will be going over it (and a slew of others by BDK) in an upcoming video (already filmed, not yet edited). I will go over it in more detail in the video but for now I can say it was not a love for me - I have trouble with the opening and beginning stages of the fragrance but I do like it more as it dries down.
@Charlotte Ross ok I will wait for the video.. I love jasmine. I still want to try jasmine wisp.... is the coconut really noticeable? I love fruity perfumes.
Just wanting to know if anyone has the same experience with Erba Pura as me.. I don’t smell anything fruity, vanilla or sweet. I smell an astringent chemical, like an acetone / alcohol and that’s ALL I smell. I smell this in a few Xerjoff perfumes like Accento and La Capitale but not in the Casamorati line. I also smell it in BDK, the newest tonka one.. I really want to smell Erba Pura the way it it suppose to be and wondered if the 3 similar perfumes would have that chemical note too..
Hi Suzy, I definitely don’t think you’re alone in this - that’s all some people get from it too unfortunately. I think you would probably get the same unpleasant harshness from the other similar fragrances I mentioned in that case. And I agree, the Casamorati line is easier to wear and more smooth/round and subdued.

I worse jasmine by rassasi for abit to work and my boss pulled me into the office and said “I could smell you before you even came into my office” she also said it smells weird and musky. And to not wear it to work. I never wore it again 😂 I agree it’s a synthetic fruity musk smell
Aw, that's too bad. I do think that might be the harsh "synthetic" element you might be getting from it - definitely not for everyone and in that case you might not like the other Erba Pura-like fragrances as well as Instant Crush by Mancera (I think the first time I smelled it I thought of gasoline as well! I love the scent bubble and trail it gives off now though).
