This house is breathtaking..Love the light tones..and my favourite rooms of the house; the kitchen and the main bedroom are just magnificent! BEAUTIFUL..
As an African architect, while I agree that such ultra modern houses are pleasant to look at, I would really love to see our architecture, even our modern architecture, reflect our natural and traditional settings more, as well as natural lifestyle.
Although the home is beautiful, id like to speak about the presenter not allowing the home owner speak more, im not stating judgmental, but when the Presenter was asking questions, youd notice most responses from the designers and when the Mandisa did comment, it felt as if the presenter had not come to speak with the home owner (Mandisa), but more the designers, which made me feel really unwelcomed, to such a beautiful home, of the Mushwana's, something the fellow Africans can say as, "A black child flourish" (Great achievement and more). Basically i ask for if you are to enter someone's home you address them about the household and then the designers can add on, not the other way around.
Very elegant , and specious, gentle furniture.. Congratulations on the success , well done to the architects and interior decor team. I do, however feel the *bulky* concrete house designs are getting abit outdated. Dear @Topbilling inspire us with Morden ideas! Much love 🌷
lovely house. the produces of top billing need to freshen up the presentation of the show. From the picture quality right down to the narrtives and presentation, Camera angles move the same as they did eons ago. That narration needs freshening up too. The presenters are not bad they just need not to be so predictive and generic.
Definitely a well built high quality house. This most definitely not a house I would want simply because it is a party or social house. One thing I absolutely don’t like is one the first floor, the living room and the TV room side by side. Those two rooms side by side is wasteful idea, but I guess this works for a party house that it is. Everything else is fantastic though. I would love to see the designer build a high quality home that is geared more towards being a home for people that don’t party.
