Funny how the owner has been arrested and the house attached by the NPA now, as it's from proceeds of crime. Be careful who you envy in life. #EstinaDairy
I remember this episode because of this woman from generations. Never thought I'd be watching this again as a random research into corruption extravagance.
That is a serious fall from grace. Man, I'm glad I'm not these people today. Hahaha and now all this will fall under the hammer and those valuable Indian antiques will be scooped up for a steal!
Oh my!!!! Crime has never and will never pay...🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ she was also on real housewives, chances are her appearing there made it easier for them to catch her out. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
Driven past this house on a daily basis. Never realized who stayed there. It was instantly recognizable when I saw it in the headlines having been seized and then came here to see it inside . Believe me it looks better from outside the gate 🤣
I think its as if she went shopping and if anything hàd a story she bought it and put together without any idea and style vulgar is the only adjective comes to mind
Wow! She put a lot of thought into that home and it's amazing to see so many beautiful things in one place. So nice to see that she has made her dream home become a reality. It really is like an Indian palace 🙂 I like people who don't conform so I think she's fabulous. That home would make a great hotel if they decide to move somewhere else...I'd definitely stay there just to look at all of those amazing artworks ❤
This is why people should lay low and not boast especially if they are criminals🤣 best part is her wanting to change after showing each room! LOL people are in their heads nowadays. Madness
@@iviwebaca7247 her husband made lots of money from that Free State Gupta tender scandal. He was a Gupta lieutenant. The house was bought with ill gotten gains and it got taken by the asset forfeiture people.
You can try to describe chaos as eloquent and verbose as you like, but it remains chaos. This house is a true copy of the owner's personality, over attention seeking.
Not a single family photograph, nothing that says "home"....imagine decorating your entire home where you live, just so that other people can be impressed by where u curated Ur pieces from. She spoke a lot about love, but that home is devoid of love tbh..... A good remainder that you should never envy people u don't know..
When you marry a woman who can't lay low after the heist. There's another one singing like a canary at the commission against her husband. Crime pays big, until you get caught. He's gonna start singing literally, once he gets a boyfriend in jail, that is.
The house is beautiful ..on the outside. There's too much going on on the inside I'm thinking what would happen if let loose 10 kids powered on sugar inside that house 😂
It's hilarious that the NPA saw this and somehow thought "hmm, that looks like R500k worth of marble elephants, we can size that". Her husband is so "torrotorial", he should have eaten some humble pie instead of that wedding cake. If this is her father's house, why did Sharma and his shady dealings with the Gupta's let it fall into the NPAs jurisdiction of seizure?
Fantastic residence. Love the bold patterns and use of color. The interiors are reminiscent of the palaces of India. It's great to see houses like this on Top Billing rather than some of the boring soulless over stylised mansions featured...
If you criticise the interior of this magnificent house, then you're obviously not a well travelled person, since 75% of the globe's historical homes/palaces/mansions are filled with incredible interiors to suit the present/past owners. NO NEED FOR CATTY REMARKS TO BE POSTED.
She has done an enormous amount of research and has talent in visualizing and designing much of the work and putting it all together. It is like a museum, not a house, I personally could not live in it as I prefer cottagey rustic style places. I am not a lover of opulence. She has created something that is unique in South Africa and it obviously must have given her enormous pleasure.
@@lindajager I realise that this mansion was made possible with taxpayers money which, of course is very wrong, but she could have used her own wealth to create the interior decor which I was referring to. She could be unaware of her husbands unlawful dealings, unfortunately she will suffer with him.
@@lorrainebotha5293 highly unlikely. Anyone doing business with Guptas isn’t a legitimate business person. Guptas were running an organized crime syndicate in SA , and they were shaking down every government department for loot.
It's Lekker justice. People lost their lives in the Estina dairy farm saga, but here is bollywoood barbie talking about stacking shoes on both sides with Estina money. The bloody cheek.
English/law is very tricky what does seized mean, do they move out of the property while investigation continues or they move out until the case is done????
