Coconut oil imitate similar fluid in which the brain floats...just spread some coconut oil on the bread and toast it on a pan..est regularly and see how the problem of memory loss, alzhimers etc goes away in 40 to 65 days

I saw a story about this a long time ago, an elderly lady who fed her dementia diagnosed husband Coconut Oil via tablespoon every day for a certain amount of time and it was effectively reversed. Or something similar along those lines, it was a while back.

Don't forget to include fermented foods to feed your gut friends, the healthy bacteria. They are needed for healthy brain function. I eat all that regularly since my fifties except turmeric, i have it, just not sure how to incorporate it into my foods. At 66 healthy, no meds, no brain fog, work everyday, look good, feel good. So I guess good food is like a medicine .

Hey I'm from india n we consume turmeric everyday. When someone is injurd or weak we often give them warm milk mixed with turmeric n a bit of sugar at night so it's best way. But u can also make fried potatoes or curry or soup add into it as spice

I'm now eating this way and all I can say is WOW.....food truly IS medicine!! ❤ The benefits I'm experiencing just go on and on. My mental health, my skin, my hair, my sleep etc etc etc. The list goes on and on regarding what these foods he mentioned and then some have done to transform my life in such highly positive ways. You all owe it to yourselves to jump on the bandwagon and let excellent nutrition heal yourselves.

I’m surprised that all 10 foods are in my kitchen and I eat regularly!! He left out coffee-I have a cup in the morning. At 77 I’m happy and healthy!!❤️🇺🇸

Most coffees are poor quality N then it negates or depletes minerals Id go with green tea matcha turmeric ACV chamomile or the like research ceylon cinnamon, ginger, blend entire lemon That or go lion diet

Not very good for the bio bacteria in your gut. There is a reason why you never hear of 120 year old on a carnivore diet. Most die before 70 and with lots of health complications.

Wild Salmon has dark red lines through the flesh. The one shown is farmed. White lines = toxic fat.

Have tried guacamole or avocado many times but cannot get used to the slippery feel on the tongue. Will keep trying!
