Hi Guys, this Christmas we spent 4 days at Disneyland Paris and here are my top tips for surviving your trip with children. I went with a 2 year old and a 5 year old.
I hope these tips are useful - have an amazing time!

Hi, my name is Emily. I am a wife and mum of two handsome boys.
I recently started this vlog after years of enjoying other beauty, product and mummy blogs.
I video my everyday life every week and post on a Monday and also make other videos about things I like and products I have purchased and my own tips and opinions on parenting.
This vlog is a nice way to record events that happen in our lives (a bit like a diary) for my sons. It is such a cliché but time really does go so quickly when you have children and I just wish there was a pause button to soak up every little moment with them. I
I hope that this vlog can help capture our moments and that one day our boys can look back at some of them and know how much they are loved.

Have saved this video thanks for posting! Ive been 4 times before but next year is the first with my own family as my baby boy is 3 when we go, gona film it all, we can allways go again as its affordable, he loves the characters, so cant wait for him to meet em thanks again :) xx

This is sooo useful Emily, we are currently planning our Disneyland Paris trip for next year with our 5 year old and my parents and are about to book and found this video really helpful. I will certainly be embracing my inner child ☺️xxx

Emily what a FAB vlog! Loved these tips,so handy. Was thinking of going and really want to now. Was going to hold off as my little ones are 3 and 5 but maybe now is the best time to go. Glad you all had such a lovely time xxx

Dear parents! Let the kids choose their favourite Disney Parks souvenirs!!! When the kids are very good, then they deserve more souvenirs. Every good behaviour kid should have 1-2 bags of Disney Parks souvenirs: plush toys, toys, mini figures, bubble blower, Mickey ears, t-shirts, jacket, drinking bottle, and some pins or magnets and etc. Please buy only those Disney Parks souvenirs, what the kids very want!!!! I know many Disney souvenirs are very expensive, but when the kids are very good all the times, then sometimes they deserve these things!!! Please be kind parents and make Your kids very happy with these Disney Parks souvenirs, what the kids have chosen and don’t say NO all the times, when the kids very deserves those Disney Parks souvenirs for good behaviour!!! +Rebecca Hall Hi Rebecca, I am so jealous - it'll be nice that it is a bit warmer then when we went. You hire them from the park. Might be worth pre booking - I am not sure xx

Hi Emily Thanks for the great tips. Me and my wife are huge Disney fans and we are wondering when is the best age to bring our (now 3 years old) daughter to her first Disney experience. At the moment she knows the basic: Frozen and Vaiana. :) Do you think your kids at this age enjoyed Disney or just a fancy (expensive) playground? I want her to understand how special Disney is, and really embrace the “magic”. Would you wait longer or would you take them at age 3 yet?

These tips are PERFECT! Thank you! Its our first visit to this DLP and my 3 year olds first Disney experience and we are QUAKING with excitement! Squirrel doesn't know he's going yet, but we're watching a lot of Disney in our count down to DLP in June. We're also watching lots of holiday vlogs at DLP, and he is so sweetly enjoying seeing other kids with their heroes, he has no idea its coming for him too! I'm hoping to plan a surprise on the day for him to tell him, his own Disney luggage, Disney clothes, maybe a Mickey or Tigger to snuggle on the journey. Gah! I'm so excited!

i want to thank you for the good advise on the watching the movie before going, it is important to bring snack and drink because if your child does not like the type of food or drink. good idea about planing if you know your child does not like big scary ride. good idea carry appropriate clothing. before i gone to disneyland paris. i looked on website about the weather forecast in disneyland paris and it help. it was raining on the second day there. i got my raincoat and umbrella ready in my back park. advise carry a towel , if you waiting for the parade, you can sit on the towel on the floor and the back packs put it behind your child and aside because ppl will push. bring umbrella to block the sun, very useful if your child is sating on the floor 2 hours .

Aww thankyou for sharing, just booked a visit in jan 2024, our first ever holiday - flights , my little girl Caer is 6 and Calder will be 9, iv taken in board all your tips, thankyou so much , im hoping the parks over the weekend will still be open until 8 , fingers crossed🤞 I’m sure itl be cold so will take all our woollens with us and a push along for both my kids 😅 Denise - anglesey

we are going to Disney Land Paris in February 2016. We're worried about the weather and also the amount of outdoor exposure. . Will it really be that cold? Thoughts of wizzing round on a ride in a blizzard doesn't seem like much fun :-( .... Also any tips on eating. with so much choice between sit down meals and buffets, it's a bit crazy trying to figure out where to feed the kids each day that won't break the bank...

Hi sorry for the delay. It really wasn't that bad and is luckily a really mild winter so I'm sure you'll be fine too. Yes there were lots of places to warn up with a coffee and shows to watch indoors too x

+neanpea if you keep an eye out for the special offers it makes it so so much cheaper and they always have some sort of offer on if you time it right. We've managed 5 days for 4 adults including half board for £265 each. Yes it's still a lot of money but for a holiday, especially to Disney it's a bargain for just over £50 a day per person. Plus kids under 7 go free anyway :)

Nice video full of good tips, this time next month me and my pack will be living it up with Micky!!!! One point I would mention is how rude other people can be, for example, waiting for the shuttle bus between hotel and the park, when the bus turns up its a free for all. People jump the queue, push and scuffle. Even if you have a buggy with small kids. I remember getting quite frustrated, if it's not raining walk instead and save the scramble, or convert your buggy into a type of mad-max battle truck.

Im super 'late'. When i was 8(2012/2013) we went to disney for the first time. We also stayed at the Santa Fe hotel. My parents promised we'd go again when i was 13. That wasnt possible last year. But we are going this year! So in the 2nd week of august were going again! And were staying at the Santa Fe hotel again😍

This was really helpful thank you, were planning to take our daughter next year who will be 3 cuz all she’s watched pretty much since she was born is Disney, and we’ve started watching videos of parades to see if it would overwhelm her and she loves them, she waves at the tv saying “hiiiii” at the characters and that made me cry so I’ll probably be 10 times worse when we’re actually there, thank you so much for this video tho, brilliant to watch and very insightful
