I wanna share my story😅 I am in High school and i thought to loose weight which i gained during the lockdown , i worked hard everyday for 2 hrs for 1 and a half month and almost lost all the extra fat which made me insecure but recently i gone for picnic eated a lot there and also in the evening for a party and eated there also that day i didn't notice but i gained a lot of face fat and almost lost my visibility of jawline and gained belly fat now this is the last month for me to workout coz i need to focus on my studies ,i hope that i loose this fat soon..😢 Wish me luck❤

Guys its really work i try for 6 Month and my face get slimmer , consistency is a Key and i do some other exercise to and drink a lot of water . Time work is not gonna sampe for everyone one some check need more than 2 weeks to works but i suggest you to do it 2 or 3 time a day its gonna work faster . Hopefully you guys get dream face ❤️❤️
DAY 1: My face is round and a bit sagging. DAY 2: My face lifts a little. Still, there's still a lot of face fat. DAY 3: I went somewhere. DAY 4: There's a little change. Yet, unnoticeable. I still have a chubby face.
