Okay. Just to make stuff clear here. 1. There are no official police Koenigsegg's in use anywhere. Especially not a One:1. 2. Sweden does NOT, use Porsches as police cars. Sadly they do use the locomotives (a.k.a Passat) but they aren't much faster than the Volvo's they also use (and prefer). 3. The LaFerrari and most of the German police cars in this video are either fake or show cars.

BTW, most of European countries police or almost any governmnent agencies cars are tuned (ECU), most are German Autobahn Polizei with 911, depending on the model, but mostly have turbos, with larger turbine and ECU tuning, from 15% up to 30% (autobahn polizei) more horsepower, been in Germany for Easter holiday and saw police chase with Lamborghini SV coupe, but the Polizei's Porsche was much much faster, whenever lane cleared and Lambo floored it, the Porsche did it too, but had to lift of the pedals, because it was always almost touching the Lambo's rear bumper, SV didn't have a chance at all, couldn't believe my eyes...
