I would recommend you to close the power head output nozzle.. it creates a strong force which stresses fishes like angels, and the water pouring from the top after filtration would be enough to create enough oxygen supply throught out the tank..

Bro Small suggestion Use the sponge and fine sponge as first layer and then add the bio rings and lava rocks for better performance. Bio rings and Lava rocks should be in the bottom for the bacteria to pollinate.
