Excellent sharing. Thanks for your transparency. Just one point i would like to make, it seems that a lot of your income seems to originate from you personally. I dont know if this is true for your assets. But i would advise, to reduce your risk or liabilties from a legal standpoint, It maybe wise to create a company and manage all your work through that company. Puts you in a much better position legally.
Thank you Commission salary has to be paid to individual unfortunately for compliance i believe. yes other income sources can be structured in a corporate, no probs
@@JamesDeanDiedIn1955 getting ahead isnt one of the investing motivation haha. Personally, I allocate where I've studied into and feel I get a good long term value. In 2023 it was REITs. Too early on hindsight. For 2025 I dont know where it could be into yet =)
@@joshconsultancy this market feels like 2006. US economy is weakening interest rate is up, unemployment is up, company earnings are weak, yet share prices continue to hit new records its irrational exuberance

Hey Josh i really like your content but can you stop with the stupid facial expressions used on your tumbnail, real uncomforting. That is the only thing keeping me from subscribing
He has to play the algo. It works. If you cant subscribe due to something so fking stupid in spite of the content, then dont. Nobody's gonna listen to you being a whiney bij.
Well done, Josh! Blessed are those that share and help! I'm curious - you say you save 70% of your income. Where do you allocate it to? My own inclination would be to reinvest and hopefully compound. You recently shared about reaping your REIT capital gain. Where to next, and more importantly, when? I"ve been relentlessly reinvesting into REITs the past 2.5 years, so I've faced the ups of low interest rates, and then the sledgehammer of the FED raising it. Despite taking out some of my gains for income expenditure (I'm a retiree with a dependent spouse), my current assets are almost where I started from about 1.5 years ago. I look upon it as my never-ending fountain of income! Will appreciate your comments and thoughts. Cheers!
