I love that no matter how busy the house is or how busy they both are or who wants their attention both parents gives everyone a chance to speak no one is ever left out, shes a flipping fantastic mom and noel is a amazing dad. Such a beautiful family with respect, love and fun. Sue is literally superhuman and her husband never complains or moans. They both literally live for their kids. Every single one of those kids are a bloody credit to both of them. I love this family and what they stand for ❤

I swear I think their brain chemistry, etc needs studied. They never seem depressed. They're children are simply remarkably physically and psychologically healthy and so well adapted!!! They are just amazing and inspirational. To think they have windows open on a 3rd floor and stair railing and no one is trying to figure out how to jump or fly blows my mind! I love watching these people!! 💗💗💗
i just love the way mum gives her best to give full attention to everyone especially when younger siblings are overexcited to talk as well when older siblings are talking. that's how it should be done. parents always think older siblings should give in to younger ones Sue is giving everyone the same chance to express themselves. This is a very great example for us as a parent sooner 👍🏻

I was a substitute teacher for 3 months for a class of 20 students. They were a wonderful group of 4th-graders, all talking to me at once, needing this, telling me that...I’d ask one to sit down and five would get up and come to me lol-I tried to make sure I paid attention to all of their needs and requests for help or just to chat with me between lessons. I did it for three months-Sue does that full time, 24/7. I applaud her and Noel so much for their excellent parenting, patience, and love. Beautiful family.
Are you planning on painting the outside cement and brick walls also? People paint the bricks and cement walls on their homes in the U.S. a lot and it makes the house look new from the outside. Everything looks great that y’all have completed so far!
I say keep the banisters wood! If anything you could sand and re-polish them, but I also love the vintage look of wear and tear in the wood! You have a beautiful old house and I think it suits the character!
I was initially going to say paint it white, but... since y’all painted the upstairs railing the darker grey, then maybe that? Love, love, love the renovations... and obsessed with the new wall paper in little kids rooms upstairs!! Have been waiting for this video!!! I wouldn't paint the banisters downstairs....think the wood is more traditional and suits the house....maybe sand and varnish just to clean it up a bit...great job house looks fab....well done ☘

It was LOVELY to see all (well, most! 😁), of you after so long! The series was great, but that happened a while ago (and I agree, it was TOO short!). Personally I think you should paint the lower bannisters grey to match the upper ones, They look lovely. I just re watched the episode where Sophie got married, everyone looks so small. Loved the end when the girls were in their dresses playing in the garden, they looked like wee fairies. Josh was so chatty and Casper was so so cute. my how they have grown. Have you considered reinforcing that roof putting a guard round and having a balcony for you and Noel to have quiet time on lol x

With regards to the stairs the grey looks amazing so I’d carry that on .. I’d also paint the beams in the bedrooms white .. you’ve don’t a fabulous job absolutely love your family I admire you Sue and Noel so very much . Don't paint the stairs handrail. The wood is a beautiful color. However, you could choose another color for the spindles and that would make it feel fresh and new!!! Love your vlogs.
I would deffo paint the banister, either white or gray or varnish it again. I also think 🙈 that window at the top on the first stairs leading up to the girls room would be amazing with French doors leading onto a balcony 😍 x
I actually prefer the vlogs to the tv series. The editors made it so the timeline was all over the place, like one minute Tillie had recovered, the next she’s on crutches, the next she’s in her cage and THEN they introduced the operation using footage from when she broke it again in the kitchen, not the original surgery. The drone footage after they redid the garden kept coming back to pre-renovation, the exaggeration of things, they do a much better job by themselves!
