Clarkson made a mistake with this one, British tankers always use the command "shoot" to prevent anyone getting confused over whether the tank is on fire

For the last vehicle and with ships you could use ground strike: Saipan, deselect the aircraft checkbox and then you can spawn ships on the allied team and tanks on the axis team as well as planes and helicopters on both sides, bugs worked since the map was added as a ground strike mode
