Wet Cherry Liquor and Venom of Love sound magical! I really need another release of Venom of Love with a sample option. With all the new releases it was a big disservice to the brand not offering samples. Blind buying is costly and sometimes wasteful. 😩
Frothy is the perfect way to describe Blanche Bete! I said it was more like steamed milk but frothy sounds way better. I’m really not trying to add another bottle to my collection lol so I’ll try to survive off the 10mLs from Scentsplit. Summer right into Fall is the perfect mood for it 💙
Can't afford any of these but I enjoy the way you describe these scents. Most of my favourite scents I didn't like or was overwhelmed by when I first tried them but after an hour or the next day I will go back to try.

I just received Blanche Bete (finally), ordered it after watching you speak about it! I blind bought it bc of you….. we seem to have similar taste…… it’s amazing! It’s just a perfume that’s beautiful…. i think it could be a wedding day perfume for someone, it’s a scent that just feels special. . almost anytime of year perfume…. I have nothing like it. My husband who rarely says anything unless i’m wearing a straight up vanilla (which he loves) came looking for me in the house to tell me he could smell me in rooms Ild been in and I smelled beautiful ! That’s never something he’s done before. Love watching you! 💗
Just received my decant of Blanche Bete. It is not your typical gourmand where it’s uber sweet. There is a nice “freshness” to it. It’s simply beautiful. I will ordering a full bottle. I cannot stop smelling myself. I was scared of the incense note in this, but let me tell you….. The incense in this grounds the fragrance and gives it that sexy vibe. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Escapade Gourmand AND Fire At Will both give me cotton candy in the first hour or so. They aren't twins but they definitely made me think I wouldn't need both but I believe they start to change in the dry down. I have to remind myself but I definitely thought they were VERY similar my first wear of each.
Since you like cherry fragrances, you might like Khaltat Night 😉 it’s being described as a baby of Angels Share and Lost Cherry 🥰 I’ve layered it with Casablanca and it’s a delicious cherry and apple cinnamon pie scent. Yum 🤤
I had someone send me a 0.5 ml of Blanch Bete. Wasn’t expecting much. In fact, I grabbed it bc I lost it twice & it was sitting on my table for awhile so I figured I use it, so I can forget about it 😆 Lemme tell you - it did the darn opposite!! it has been controlling my mind since - i can’t stop thinking “I absolutely need it in my collection”! I’ve never smelled a gourmand scent that could be used year round. It’s so Beautiful! Edit: I BOUGHT BLANCHE BETE!!! I had the bottle for two weeks, used it almost everyday since 😆 BB will forever be a love for me!
what an amazing list of gourmands your chanel is the best! I got a decant of what about pop and i love it so refined its amazing! i just got a bottle of Venom of Love its so yummy and i get the cherry note it lasts forever! Im probably going to buy what about pop next

Ok, so I like Blanch Pete very much. So far, it reminds me of Moon Glory from The Harmonist! The musky scent (in both) is a favorite of mine and is similar. Do you think? Waiting to get a compliment before I buy the large bottle, as I already have Moon Glory!!😅
I have excellent news!...I got a bottle of Banana Republic's Gardenia and Cardamom at Burlington's and it smells EXACTLY like Blanche Bete to me, it's kinda crazy and only $30!!!

@@SharidaM yes, I had to travel an hour and a half to buy the kind of perfumes I like. Unfortunately harrods was even further so I couldn't find any of your suggestions and they are kind of expensive for me to do a blind buy but I got Perfumes de Marly Oriana, Dior Ambre nuit and a 10ml initio oud for happiness so I'm quite happy to play around with my new perfumes. I would looooooove to spend the day with you trying and discussing perfumes 😍

Sharida was a “hard no” on Sintra at first??? I wouldn’t have guessed that. I ran through my sample but haven’t purchased the full bottle yet. 🥰I have changed my mind on a few perfumes also. Esp if I test several at once. 🤦♀️😂
Hi Sharida 😘! I am debating between Escapade Gourmand and Tihota, I was wondering what your thoughts are and if you prefer one over the other? Do you find them to be similar or redundant to have both?
I would test them to see which u prefer. You don’t need both. Tihota is more musky and Escapade is much more creamy. Both perform about the same. Escape you would get a 3.4 oz for the price of 1.7oz Tihota.
I loooooove Blanche Bete so much. Great recs, really. If you want to try out other good cherry frags, get yourself Khaltat Night, it's Ambre Narguille/Angels Share + cherry. But I agree with your choice of Duchessa, it's a thing of beauty.
I have been a Bond 9 LOVER for over 10 years. I feel like about every other year, they take a few & water them down on purpose. I bought NYN & literally could not smell it. The faint waft I got for 30 mins was beautiful, but had to strain & it disappeared POOF! It wasnt fake, but could have been a reform, or "batch" they made cheaply. SAD, b/c of how much they cost. BUY THE BOTTLE you have sprayed ON YOU. Their set up lets you test them all, laid out on the table. If you purchase, they quickly wrap it in it's current presentation & send you on the way. You spray in the car & Think "Oh, I must be anosmic b/c I just sprayed it earlier"..MMMHMMMM, can they get sneakier? Bond 9, Ima need you to bring it down a few numbers!
That Alexander J sounds interesting! Have you tried his Zafeer Oud Vanille? It’s beautiful but I didn’t like it at first.. Just curious if these are similar.. I am loving a kinda interesting hybrid by Dua- Princess Therapy. Also Malesia is my favorite gourmand oud- I actually just re-upped since I had nearly finished my bottle last winter. It’s by Xerjoff. Going to try Blanche Bette for sure! I have felt the same great about Pop 🤣
