Oh yeah The Real SA has been doing this for years now and there a LOT of Black Americans who have travelled and relocated to SA through them and have built a Community out here
Currently 15000 in Joburg, 2000 in Pretoria and 5000 in Cape Town. Not sure about Durban and the other metros like PE, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane, Nelspruit and many other towns

There are currently 20 000 African Americans who now live in South Africa permanently. They are among the smallest yet ever growing communities in SA. Most of the people that move to SA are white people from both the US and Europe and they have been coming here for decades. SA is one of the most developed countries in the world and easily the most developed black country in the world with the second largest black middle class in the world after the US. There is almost nothing you can bring to SA which the country does not have. The country is truly an anomaly in Africa because it competes with first world countries in alot of ways.
You should watch more of the THE REAL SOUTH AFRICA. they are the only travel and tourism company mostly dedicated to Black Americans. They are doing a great job.
I'm a new subscriber to your channel. I've been watching your content for a few weeks, but when you showed The Real South Africa channel, that made me subscribe! I have been extremely impressed with what they are doing especially for our people. They have so many videos dating at least 3 years back or more, but the interviews they do with people who have purchased homes in SA are enlightening and AWESOME! Their in person real estate tours are an excellent way to educate and learn what is available as well as understand the process required to make individual decisions. 5-10 million rand will get you a really nice house here. Depends on the area and amneties (Golf Course, City, Beach Front Etc etc). So that is 250 000 - 500 000 dollars.
The real South Africa have what you they call" the real estate tour" every year,they have ppl frm the states n uk who comes to those tour n some end up buying properties,some buy land n build from the ground
Come invest while the rand is still on the dumps. You don’t have to live here all the time, but you can invest in an upmarket modern property which can add to your income in the long run. And you’ll have a retirement home 😊
Mixing with locals is the true value being there. I’m an American who travels there 4 times a year for years. All to visit my lady and our friends. And I lived there during Covid. The real beauty is in the company of locals, food and landscape. My permanent home starting next year.

SA is the indigenous homeland of the Khoi and San people . They were reclassified as coloured by the apartheid government in the 1950s . This is their country . It was first invaded by the black Bantu tribes from central Africa, and then invaded by the white Europeans . The white Europeans built up the country into what you see today . The blacks provided the labour force , the indigenous coloureds are the historical artisan class , the asians and Indians the traders . So don't be fooled by the blacks claiming everything as theirs . They are regarded as foreign migrant invader settlers from central Africa .

The unsubstantiated claim that native South Africans come from Central Africa in South Africa was invented and peddled by European colonisers. Even up to today, those who sheepishly peddle these lies, presenting them as "historical facts" are unable to come with a prove that supports it. We are as indigenous as the Khoi-San and the Khoi-San are our ancestral heritage through and through, in body features, languages and otherwise. Who regards native South Africans as foreign invaders in their own land? Your allegation that "They (native Africans)are regarded as foreign migrant invader settlers from central Africa" sounds stupid as it comes. You must have smoked seriously heavy substance for you to say such moronic claims.
