Cheers! As for the limited I have asked but they didnt give me any definitive response. My vibe I got was simply a "maybe" added permanently to the game instead of only available during their select pact summon event. For Palae, I have also went straight to pity.
It is. I just like to do my own testing which takes time. There are a few tier lists floating around in the MNC Discord that I consider to be accurate, if you haven't seen them yet. I have Part 1 tier list Mon or Tues as I broke it up into 2 class per part.
