I heard him talking about that too, and I've been using them in my games. We'll see how the top level play evolves, but it makes sense to with how dominant USF infantry are with full upgrades especially with the inf support center.

Yeah I think the speed really matters. A weak mario kart can outrun a Sherman even in reverse, but the Hellcat can catch it and finish the kill.

@@GrandsonofRoyalOakcost too I think. Trouble I’ve had with fighting the Carro is even if you kill 4 of them with better armour, 6 more show up while you’re still catching your breath. You just can’t keep up with the attrition with beefier units.

@@turinRTStrouble is with these high council members, I know I’ll listen to his advice, give it a go and within 10 minutes there’ll be 6 Carro’s sitting in my base doing some redecorating

@@aziouss2863 ah okay. I gave up on CoH2 pretty quick (only played the beta) but I'm glad to be back for CoH3.

@@GrandsonofRoyalOak I played coh2 late like 3 years ago and it got kinda good! Still i think coh3 has better gameplay.

I've got a couple hundred hours in coh1 and I don't wanna admit to how much time I've wasted in 2. I can say that coh3 has been the smoothest launch of any of those titles and has been the most balanced out the gate. There are some key features that are missing from the game such as replays via the main menu or the ladder board(Ladder board can be accessed via a google search). The game has 4 different factions, more than any previous titles, and a campaign that's more fleshed out. I've not had any game breaking bugs occur and no bug splats. There are some issues with balance that could be fixed and the game desperately needs more maps. Most of those reviews on steam are from sour people who either want everyone to drop what their doing and go play coh1 instead or those who wanted the next technological leap in graphics/innovation for an RTS. Take them with a grain of salt.

Italian campain is is janky and still could use patch of two, and AI is dumber then in COH2, but you can still have fun single/coop vs AI. Regarding multiplayer, it can be rough if you play against someone who is using latest op build, but I would still recomend it. ALso If you are not sure then you can always wait month or two for sale and get better game and save some money.

So the core gameplay is great. The game feels awesome to play and it is as fun as it looks. HOWEVER, the game is quite buggy, UI elements are severely lacking, quality of life features are good in some areas and half-baked in others, and otherwise lacking some polish. I'm weary to call the game unbalanced yet as the meta is still developing. Regardless, I love the game. It's a lot of fun but you will need to decide if you are willing to put up with (most likely) a year of serious jank. It's 60 bucks, which is steep, but considering the number of hours I put into Coh2 over the years and how awesome that game ended up being i figured it wouldn't be a waste of my money.

You counter it as you do with any other case of infantry blobbing- pinning with MGs and AOE weapons. Infantry blobbing is only a problem if your opponent if you let it be one!

Lot of pro players have specific builds they follow in order to maximize timings, i find. A wirbelwind would have also been a good answer to airborne spam, but maybe that would have been too much early fuel for them to want to use it, especially with the ease airborne can bazookas. All I'm saying is there are definitely answers to infantry hordes.

Hell, you can even sort of see this when they bring out the 8rad- definitely scatters most of the present forces for a solid time.

@@jhasi7974 Because in this version of the game, MGs suck. Pathfinders have flares to locate, smokes to nullify and rifle grenades to kill any MG squads the DAK player could put out.
