K-Wiss and Sephi to start? Let's go! I'm no Miguel fan, but Sephiblack without Miguel just feels weird. They're so linked in my mind, I just assume Sephi looks like a smaller Miguel in real life. If df3+4 is the 13(?) frame Heat Engager, -11 or -12 sounds fine. i dont think the game should balance character around their high level play, yes you should learn the match up but a character having a weakness is what makes them fun. i still love playing with steve even tho he lacks a lot in this game and they removed shiro but you change the gameplan accordingly right?
