i think the scariest part about a story where a serial killer murders 5 children, makes a ROM and hides clues as to the locations of the rotting and decaying corpses, most likely sending these ROMs to the victims families, then killing himself before the police apprehend him is that he got away with it. unless you're me and head-canon that the murder accidentally trapped his soul in his own ROM as Sonic where the souls of the kids lie with all them inhabiting Robotnik (which explains the erratic notes and behavior, it's 5 Children controlling 1 body), in which they then proceed to torture John's soul by destroying Sonic in similar fashion to how John killed them. a cycle that will repeat forever.

The fact that the story ends with the killer getting away with his disgusting acts shows how some story may never have a happy ending makes this even cooler
His soul actually gets stuck in sonic, when the kids soul get stuck in egg 🥚 man’s body, and tortured Walter, and killed in ways similar he killed them, a never ending cycle 🔄 of pain and torture.
This cannot be even more right, although FNF it's a game, more specifically it's more targeted at music where characters can be in it, but FNF does the impossible by making the most disturbing, grotestic and unhuman story there could be, but with a sick beat this is another level

Idk bro, the murderer saying that he is free, right before you see sonic transform into an extremely glitchy (yet vaguely human) form kinda makes me think that sonic is the murderer
i love the concept behind the song i just thought in my head it would be so cool if by playing other songs in mod you find out clues to who the killer is and once you activate a code or something the final 1:30 mins of song at end get added on to normal one revealing secrets, just seems like a cool idea in my head

The song at the start ends before the first brefing But then as you uncover the clues the song gets longer and longer till you find out who the killer is then the song is complete
A terrifying thought to think about is how this could all be real. A murderer killing 3 minors, and 2 unknown people, then making a glitched port of Sonic, which may have been his favorite game in his childhood, and sprinkling pieces of his crimes throughout it. And then to think he got away with it, even confessing to it. And the fact he reached "eternal salvation", and "the one who watches" has collected his debt, AND being "finally free", means he probably killed himself. That's the terrifying thing. It's the fact it could be real because everything I've said has the chance to become reality. Although small, there's still a chance. THAT is the horror, and story, of Top Loader. A man killing 5 people, making a game port about it, and killing himself to get away with it. Truly horrifying.
These types of EXE are my absolute favourites. I adore realism induced horror, since it gives off even more fear than “haha funni demon possess blue hedgehog and bleed out of eye go brrr”, since it’s like “shit man this could actually happen”. And Sonic NES is the quintessential example of this, alongside EXEs like Starved.
i like to imagine that the children had possessed sonic so at the final section of the song, after they hear that John "freed" himself, they start going batshit crazy attempting to escape the game, which is why they start glitching out so much
Even though the freeing himself from the game part is confirmed false, I still like to imagine he pulled an Afton and escaped his hell, still doing what he does in the real world while the 5 victims rot in the game themselves. This would evidently be what makes them attempt their chance at freedom last minute.

A thing that got me is the fact that the song tell a criminal case in the middle of a Sonic-themed song, but the idea of Top Loader that a murderer is saved even if he killed 5 children is incredible.

Honestly sounds like the coolest thing in fnf top loader ever.. also sounds like an unexpected phase were *John* gets out of the screen from bf's computer breaking the laws of physics
I like to think Sonic is like Golden Freddy in this ROM, multiple souls trapped into 1 body, each time he glitches is as if they are fighting for control over the body. By the end when hes just a glitched out mass of pixels I imagine its the souls merging into one larger unstable force and Robotnik represents John since he cuts off the souls and begins to glitch out himself, the motif of Fight Or Flight could also be him hunting the children down eventually killing them (Aside from Alice)
Actually, the murderer possessed sonic, and the kids (presumably) possessed robotnik who proceeded to torture "sonic" until now. I believe that the reason they freaked out at the end is because they tried to entrap the murderer inside sonic further leading to shit destabilizing even more.

@@johntheechidna1050 i'm not exactly sure on this, but i think the first "5 buried. 0 found." refers to 5 MORE murders which were never discovered by the police. The 3rd report describes a hanging body, which could not have been buried. i think the bodies which were found aren't counted with the first 5, because 0 of those were found.
I have a theory about this song, at time like 1:26 where instrumentals stop, I feel John is trying to end the song, but when the glitch notes follow it's the souls of the kids forcing him to continue singing
Is anyone gonna mention how John Walter got away with killing 5 Children by killing himself? The idea of A Serial Killer committing suicide to get away with his misdeeds and escape the police at the same time sounds like a really neat concept in my opinion!
Finally, a accurate Top-Loader chart, about Sonic has Passed creepypasta, wait it got remastered.. wow really liked the effort of the chart and the voice lines of Fatal Error talking about deaths that happened in this universe, and liked this new lore about it
The thing is, this isn't just some "evil hedgehog kill fox and echidna" this is something that could actually happen, someone goes insane and kills 5 or so people/kids, then makes a unlicensed clunky port of a game that could have even been the kids' favorite game, sprinkling subtle hints throughout every level to what he did until you find out what this truly is like some fucked up scavanger hunt you didn't ask to take place in, the fact is this isn't just a creepypasta, I feel like this is a genuine warning to people (especially kids) anyone can be a truly sick, and mentally fucked individual
Afrer coming back from the official version of Top Loader, this version feels dry in some parts of the instrumental. But honestly, both versions are really great for what they are.
same, while the v7 one sounds way more chaotic and energetic which fits sonic and the fact that it got changed to a joke creepypasta, v4 has a weirdly more somber, sadder more despairing feeling, which fits since this is about the case of a child murderer of 5, this is no joke

Clearly the best FNF sonic music ever. Even better than NormalCD "FOUND YOU" It's creepy, the unique sprites when it glitches, mid song events, the absolute BANGER my ears are CU- And a crazy charting Like for real.
Maybe if the background also glitched? Like maybe the icons glitching too? i feel like most of these new fnf mods are more focused on the spamming of notes instead of adding something cool, like life stealing would be great, specially for the spammy glitching notes of the enemy.

the first time i heard this song i thought that after each section of the crimes the next verse was the souls singing for example the first one not because the girl was drugged with pills
What i like about this song is how it gives such a little detail to lord X, and how he actually is a prominent demon in the actual word, seeing as thats who he was saved by in the end of it all as it shows or says
Besides the sonic rom unraveling clues this sounds like something an actual murderer would do. You know the mind of a murderer always intrigued me because the arent just born out of the womb wanting to killing someone. Just makes me curious
Imagine your body being used by 5 people simultaneously trying to tell the player to help them get out of their hell in a language they don’t understand, to the point they don’t even respect the player’s turn just to make him realize of the situation before the song is over. And the more the song advances, the more desperate and angry the kids are for how unfair is their reality ☹️

Since it’s mentioned that the children are torturing Walter in the game and sometimes you can see john’s Sonic sprite horribly brutalized I’m pretty sure that phase is Walter getting tortured in front of bf/the player, just set to music (at least that’s what I think)

3:49 I have a theory that John Walter had something to do with lord X because of how john put an X shaped cut on one of the victims because lord X has a x on his chest as well. Also John might have been possessed by lord X orrrr he sold his soul to him to earn eternal salvation.
Theory: So we know that gary booker was murdered and was hanged on a tree in the tree while his legs were servered. (Cut/sliced off) Then 3 cuts on his chest resembling and X. with people who already know, That a well-known exe called Lord X. So without the legs part, theres a slight. Chance that Gary booker has something to do with lord X. Probably not but this is just a theory.
