So happy I found you guys and bought my ropes. I’m down 40lbs over the past 5 months and I feel so good! All my chronic headaches are gone, my back pain is less, and I feel way better from eating healthier.
FINALLY AFTER 2 LONG YEAR - Starting My Jump Rope Journey with consistency. Soon gonna release my 2 weeks 1000 jump rope challenge. I am so excited to see that result. This video is motivating !!
I'm currently working on my 90 day transformation!!! Thank you for all the follow along workouts, inspiration and motivation!! You guys are the best!! LET'S DO THE THING!!!!!♥️♥️♥️
Used to run for about 6km per day but cannot even jump rope for 1 minute straight. Totally switched to jump rope and never turning back. Now my form is improved, lots of tricks which is fun, and i can go for 30 minutes or more with minimal rest like below 10 seconds... 10 freaking seconds? Hell yeah, just to check the time on my phone and back to doing the thing. will add another 10 minutes in my session hehe... Progressive overload should also applied in an effort to live longer while staying healthy. Honestly, videos like this which touches on transformation is my go-to video before every workout to get me motivated. KEEP IT UP!
@@coolmanu55 I felt the same too since i dont like jumping rope with shoes on. Im not sure if it is similar to u, but for me, the slower ur rhytm is in jumping rope, the more u can feel the impact around ur ankle. As for me, within the minutes of jumping rope, i would change my rhytm and tricks back and forth so the soreness will not focus on one area of ur body like shoulder and ankle only but distributed to ur forearm and thigh depending on ur tricks. Ur body will get efficient to it and every swing might feel just like a momentum to u when u get used to it. Remember to stretch after u done to make ur body feel refreshed the next day for ur daily exercise.
Started to skip yesterday after having a break for about 2 months because of health issue. Feels so good to fly again, love you jump rode dudes& rushie💪🔥
Started watching this channel in October before my bday and 2 months later I went from 200 back to 158 and I don't plan on stopping fasting and one meal a day is the way to go if ur hungry just drink water 😉 side note the mike tyson jump rope squat is where it's at lol
Nice guys. Jump rope workout is the best workout for weight loss that too the mid section in a very short time. I have experienced it myself. Keep going. Expecting more tutorials from you both.
The best and honest RU-vidrs ever in the history of RU-vid very eagerly waiting for one million, keep doing t the thing, stay healthy stay safe and can you make a motivational video ? Please
I been jumping steady with strength training for 10 months, went from 203 to 158. I'd never been this successful with running (hurts my knees) or bicycling (takes too long).
Been dancing with a rope for 11 years and there is nothing like it. Its fun and challenging and you will feel so much better after your done. Yes these are true: 1. Patience 2. Persistence 3. Diet
@@sudhashrutinandy8549 Hope you will get there. All the best . Now I'm doing 30min of jump rope daily. In my experience I can give you a suggestion Don't force your body . Take rest in intervals And never quit
Nutrition has always been my weak side and always ruined my plans. Now I'm waiting for my digital kitchen scale to arrive so that I can track my calories properly and hopefully achieve what I want. As for working out..I don't have any issues like lack of motivation or so, because JRD are here to motivate me every day
Great work JRD! I'm starting to get into jump rope and hopefully reach my fitness goal too. That said, quick question - I have a 1/3lb rope that I use - is it better to do as much jump rope as I can or is it better to mix in some calisthenics? Like Lunges, squats, planks, etc.. Would appreciate clarity on this so I can do my exercises more effectively. Goal is to lose weight. TIA
Hi 👋 I found your RU-vid channel When i topped jumprope 3 months before then I bought 1 jump rope then I started then I lose 11 pounds then I subscribe your channel and I am still jumping rope and losing fat and I look much better I watch yours all videos in Dubai
Woww another inspiring video ty jrd especially the second guy...btw I am asian too and damnn asian house all over the world has some basic similarities layout, design, carpet etc etc😀
Hey JRD, Love your channel and got so inspired! I started jumping and loved it. But my right knee got injured (due to an old injury) and I could hardly walk for 2 weeks. It’s healed now, but I’m scared to start again... Any tips or advice for a bad knee? Will I be able to continue? :..((
Make sure you're working on strengthening that knee! Check with your doctor. Be sure to ease back in - shorter interval times, no more than 20 min. workout to start.
I've went from 271 to 198 , goal is 150 since I'm not the tallest man at 5"8, and well i feel like every pound i loose it gets harder and harder to keep losing more weight ):, last few pounds are so hard to get rid of 😐
Hey jump rope dudes. I've recently discovered that jumping rope is the most effective way of burning calories, I want to lose weight because I have a bulgy midsection however, my fitness tracker tells me that I'm only burning 100 calories for every 30 min of jumping rope everyday. Is this normal? Or is my tracker faulty? BTW you guys rock! 🤛
So this guy from the Philippines used a cheap rope, transformed hardcore, and got a free crossrope! Inspirational, cuz I’m from there too and also can’t afford a crossrope. Just started jumping rope today with a 1.5lb pvc rope. See yall in 6 months xD
Hey Everyone...wanting to start the JRD90 program but very new to jumping rope. Is this program good for beginners or should I have a little experience under my belt before I take this on? Thanks in advance!
Goes like this: 1 month and a half after finding you guys and jumping every day 30m i bought online ( due to Covid restrictions) 3 pieces of clothes. Guess what: i need to send them back. From M/L size I’m now an S !
I've been watching your videos for a few months now and I've been interested in jumping rope, but I haven't tried it because I have plantar fasciitis in both my feet. I'm concerned that it would make my feet hurt worse, but then I saw this video. I've been on a fitness journey for more than 6 months now and I've lost over 20 pounds. I still find that if I do any light ply a few days in a row my feet hurt. How would I be able to safely do this workout without hurting my feet? Thanks guys!
Hey there! Huge congrats on your weight loss success! Make sure you've got a good pair of shoes and are jumping on a mat. Start with short intervals, even if on for 10 seconds, off for 10 seconds. Check this video out! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SMKV5KNQsbg.html
@@JumpRopeDudes Thank you so much for the encouragement and the tips! I do have mat and will do some research on some good shoes to help me out. I also plan to get the jump rope suggested in the video you sent me. I plan to start jumping rope in December I'm so excited!!!! Thanks again!
I had that 2 u have to get a foot massage machine, had many operatiins before on my feet, drink coffee, rest your feet on a rotating foot massager, worksngreat for about 20 minutes, u cn get a good one at bed bath x beyond
The hardest part of losing weight is finding a program /diet that you can be consistent with . The rest is Incorporating in your daily life. People who are fit and or inshape tend to have a lifestyle like this that's all you gotta do as well
While all these stories are inspiring and I'm not trying to say anyone has done anything wrong, it's heavily advised by many health organizations and doctors that men don't lose more than 2lbs a week and women don't lose more than 1.5lbs a week. Losing more than that can create metabolic issues that are really unhealthy for the body. I only say this so people can remember to take any weight loss efforts safely. That said, I'm excited to start my weight loss journey with jump rope as my starting point
It's really tough (and unhealthy) to lose weight super fast. That's why we're pushing, lifestyle and consistency! We want you to get results you can keep!
@@JumpRopeDudes I know y'all aren't pushing for that rapid of weight loss. I'm just a nurse so I like to educate where I can and also let people know that it's okay to not have extreme quick results. Y'all's channel has me really excited to start exercising again, a feeling I haven't felt in years. I've locked in my diet and now I just need to do the thing!
What is slight calorie deficit? And what nutrition foods do you recommend strongly for weight loss? I recently went from 270+ down to currently 177.5 in 5 months and I want to go down to 152 which is my weight level for my height(5'11-6'0). What do you guys suggest?
Guys I need help I jump rope twice a day my goal is to lose body fat specially on my stomach, but I heard that you have to let your muscles repair or rebuild. So should I stop or keep doing it.
You can't spot train a specific area but you can decrease overall body fat by eating in a calorie deficit and doing the thing! We shoot for 30 minutes per day of high intensity jumping - no need to double up on workouts!
