I also put a fragrance in my lotion, making sure it last a lot longer especially a weak one, but this is definitely great advice! Ive always had this issue with how many sprays. I do have a tendency to overspray because the scent smells so good 😆.. i do agree that 4-7(depending on the strength of the fragrance and the type of atomizer some are pretty bad and I'll do an extra 2 sprays) is ideal..

For me the amount of sprays depends on the strength of the fragrance. Sausage Elixir 4 to 5 sprays for me but Dior Homme Cologne is 10-12 sprays for example.

Only people that don’t have a clue about the fragrance game rub together. It’s one of my biggest pet peeves. I apply lotion also but u have to use a fragrance free one cuz u don’t want it to mix with ur cologne
