I have a surprise cruise booked for me and my husband’s 30th wedding anniversary embarking on Feb 23, 2025 on the Encore. I can’t wait to surprise him. 😊
Thank you for supporting travel agents! We are still out there, ready to help clients find their perfect cruise and navigate all the promotions, deck plans, dining options, etc.
I may look into a TA on a future NCL cruise as either CAS or PCC seem to be overworked recently and might work hard before a booking, then seem to not be so dedicated as they were before the booking. Especially when looking for more points per day popping up or lower prices before the final payment.
great tips been crusing NCL for a few years and still are learning new tips. If you are a coffee lover in the mornings like us, then you will find the buffet has terrible coffee. however we budget in for 1/2 our cruise to get starbucks or their specialty coffee shops. the other 1/2 we either go to the sit down restaurants & have perked coffee or get free perked craft sent to our room free of charge on their complimentary room service continental breakfast. OR even better ask your room attendant to bring you a coffee maker. they will gladly and all the condiments as well.
I was on the Bliss last November to Mexico and had a fabulous time. I stayed in a studio cabin and the lounge that is included is awesome! I met so many nice people, but it also allowed me some quiet time away from the hustle of the ship. Next NCL cruise is Pride of America in 2026. I would love to go on another cruise beforehand, but finances are tight right now. Sometimes, it's best to be patient. Keep of the great content, Sheri!
I recently cruised with NCL again, and absolutely LOVED it. Your tip about cheap cruises during hurricane season is one of my favourite tips - July this year has some insane Florida prices!
Hi there - thanks so much for the content. We were on the NCL Bliss last Dec to Cabo and loved it for the entertainment, but not the food. We are booked for Dec '24 on the Breakaway to Caribbean and hope the food is better. Confident the entertainment will be just as good.😊
Great video CTTV team! Sarah and I just booked our first NCL cruise for this upcoming August on the Joy…really looking forward to it and seeing what Norwegian has to offer!
Had a great cruise aboard NCL Jade (April 9-20). Cruised aboard NCL Spirit last year to Alaska (7 nights) with a land tour for another week. Loved it!! Planning solo cruises back to the Caribbean and maybe the Panama Canal in the near future.
We are sailing in May around thecHawaiian islands and got the Free at Sea deals. The free wifi is only 150 minutes, so we will likely upgrade it to unlimited, as my son is staying with my 93cyr old father and we want to stay in touch. The "free" beverage package gratuities is almost $400 for the 2 of us for a 7 day trip.
Sorry, but the closest you’re getting to Paris on that ship is LeHavre which is over 140 miles away. Almost 300 miles round trip. Even on a train it’s not really possible to get to Paris in the amount of time you are in LeHavre. Cruise lines need to stop saying Paris on an itinerary. Instead of Paris, get a taxi and go to the lovely close by town of Honfleur for lunch and stroll round. That is a nice day! You can thank me later.😉
We are leaving in two weeks on an NCL Caribbean cruise - balcony suite- and so excited. We’ve been on a lot of different NCL cruises. Which one did you like the most?
I love Norwegian joy, and Norwegian Bliss. I also like the older ships like star and Jewel. What I like about Bliss and joy is that they have observation, lounges and go karts.
The Free at Sea shore excursion $50 off one passenger may make their cost as good as a third party one. After a few days on our 14 day Prima cruise, the unlimited internet package was about 50% off.
NCL cruiser, I rarely go to the pool or the buffet. I'm sure it's fun for some people, but if you wouldn't dine at the buffet on land or aren't a free festival attendee then you probably won't enjoy it on a ship either.
Thank you for the videos! We are cursing in NCL in a couple Of weeks so I have been binge watching! Do you have a secret/strategy about how to choose time to board? Early as possible va later…? Thank you!
Hey Amy! Well, it depends! I personally LOVE to get to the ship early, but the more seasoned cruisers will often pick a later boarding time to avoid the hustle and bustle, ya know?
We are booking through, mycruises in Australian we have started with a Balcony suite,we asked to upgrade to Club Balcony. There have charged us anther 5,000k for 10day cruise Mediterranean in may 2025 it should be only be extra 1k or 1.5 k please assist us. It's our first cruise with your NCL. Now it's been stressful and we now don't want go!
