My hsc3 keeps breaking threads on colour changes and cuts, thread pings up from the bobbin end and out of the needle

Hello, It sounds like there might be an issue with the thread tension or the threading path. Make sure the thread is correctly threaded and that the tension is properly adjusted. Also, check for any lint or debris in the bobbin area that could be causing issues.
